According to the measurement principle of wind speed and direction with ship plane motions, the solution model of relative wind and true wind with ship plane motions is established. Meanwhile, according to the error compensation algorithm for wind speed and direction measurement with ship spatial motions, Dynamic measurement and error compensation for wind speed and direction with ship rolling and pitching state is simulated. Digital simulation results show that effects on measurement of wind speed and direction with ships motion is eliminated, the accurate and reliable data information of wind speed and direction is provided for manipulation control and navigation safety for ships.
