    摘要:

    多通道點(diǎn)火控制裝置可控制航天器實(shí)現調姿變軌;針對多通道點(diǎn)火控制裝置在大批量生產(chǎn)中點(diǎn)火脈沖電流自動(dòng)化程度低、檢測效率差、缺乏數值化表征的問(wèn)題;提出一種對多通道點(diǎn)火設備脈沖電流采集檢測的自動(dòng)化改進(jìn)方法,并研制了多通道脈沖電流自動(dòng)化檢測設備;該設備采用模擬數字轉換器和基于SDLC(同步數據鏈路控制)通訊協(xié)議的控制系統,建立對于待測產(chǎn)品與檢測設備之間集中控制和信息交互,實(shí)現對點(diǎn)火信號全周期采集,降低了人為錯誤風(fēng)險和偏差;經(jīng)實(shí)驗測試,設備對全周期點(diǎn)火電流值的檢測最大偏差不大于5%;經(jīng)部署、工藝驗證和長(cháng)期使用,證明了該設備在提高測試效率、降低成本和改善質(zhì)量方面取得了顯著(zhù)成果,已應用于某型發(fā)動(dòng)機控制裝置的檢驗測試作業(yè)。

    Abstract:

    Multi-channel ignition control devices can control spacecraft to achieve attitude adjustment and orbit change. Addressing the issues of low automation, poor detection efficiency, and lack of numerical representation of ignition pulse currents in the mass production of multi-channel ignition control devices, an automated improvement method for the acquisition and detection of pulse currents from multi-channel ignition equipment is proposed, along with the development of the multi-channel pulse current automatic device. This device uses an analog-to-digital converter and a control system based on the SDLC (Synchronous Data Link Control) communication protocol, establishing centralized control and information interaction between the product under test and the testing equipment, enabling full-cycle acquisition of ignition signals and reducing the risk of human error and bias. Experimental testing shows that the maximum deviation of the device in detecting the full-cycle ignition current value is not greater than 5%. After deployment, process validation, and long-term use, it proves that the device achieves significant results in improving testing efficiency, reducing costs, and enhancing quality, and is applied to the inspection and testing operations of a certain type of engine control device.
