    摘要:

    為更好地應對心電監護儀在實(shí)時(shí)心率測量中效果不佳和數據提取能力不足的問(wèn)題,提出一種基于光電容積脈搏圖技術(shù)的新型心電監護儀系統。該系統利用光電容積脈搏圖技術(shù)對心電監護儀的數據進(jìn)行高效處理,并采用改進(jìn)的小波變換方法對數據進(jìn)行降噪處理。經(jīng)試驗測試,系統在數據降噪處理后,心電波形的變化幅度顯著(zhù)降低,整體變化范圍較降噪前低0.4mV;得到的心率數據更接近原始心率變化圖像,最大變化僅為2bpm;研究方法的信噪比達到16.0578,均方根誤差僅為0.0195,相比平均濾波器方法降低了0.0229。該系統在人體心率實(shí)時(shí)測量方面具有更優(yōu)的數據處理性能,能夠有效提高心率測量的準確性和實(shí)時(shí)性,為心率實(shí)時(shí)監測技術(shù)的發(fā)展提供了重要的參考和應用價(jià)值。

    Abstract:

    In order to better address the issues of poor performance and insufficient data extraction ability of electrocardiogram monitors in real-time heart rate measurement, a new type of electrocardiogram monitoring system based on photoelectric capacitance pulse plot technology is proposed. The system efficiently processes the data of the electrocardiogram monitor using the photoelectric capacitance pulse plot technology, and uses an improved wavelet transform method to denoise the data. After experimental testing, the system significantly reduced the amplitude of changes in the electrocardiogram waveform after data denoising processing, and the overall range of changes was 0.4mV lower than before denoising; The obtained heart rate data is closer to the original heart rate change image, with a maximum change of only 2 bpm; The signal-to-noise ratio of the research method reached 16.0578, with a root mean square error of only 0.0195, which is 0.0229 lower than the average filter method. This system has better data processing performance in real-time measurement of human heart rate, which can effectively improve the accuracy and real-time performance of heart rate measurement, providing important reference and application value for the development of heart rate real-time monitoring technology.
