    摘要:

    全站儀作為現代測量技術(shù)的代表,在土地測量、建筑工程等領(lǐng)域發(fā)揮著(zhù)重要作用,傳統全站儀存在操作和數據傳輸局限性,而物聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)的發(fā)展使全站儀更智能高效,對全站儀的數據傳輸和指令控制以及阿里云物聯(lián)網(wǎng)平臺進(jìn)行研究,設計了基于物聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)的全站儀遙控系統,網(wǎng)關(guān)采用單片機STM32F103RCT6作為控制芯片,通過(guò)4G模塊與阿里云物聯(lián)網(wǎng)平臺建立網(wǎng)絡(luò )連接,網(wǎng)關(guān)、阿里云物聯(lián)網(wǎng)平臺,手機APP之間使用MQTT協(xié)議實(shí)現數據傳輸,確保數據傳輸安全可靠;用戶(hù)使用APP實(shí)現全站儀的實(shí)時(shí)監控和遠程控制,同時(shí)系統具備數據管理、報表生成等功能,經(jīng)實(shí)際應用,系統數據傳輸準確率為100%,滿(mǎn)足了工程中使用全站儀測量的基本功能,提高了操作便捷性和效率。

    Abstract:

    Total station, as a representative of modern surveying technology, plays an important role in land surveying, construction engineering and other fields, the traditional total station has operation and data transmission limitations, and the development of Internet of Things technology to make the total station smarter and more efficient, the data transmission and command control of the total station as well as the AliCloud IoT platform are studied, and a total station remote control system based on IoT technology is designed, and the gateway adopts the single-chip computer The gateway adopts STM32F103RCT6 as the control chip, and establishes network connection with AliCloud IOT platform through 4G module, and the MQTT protocol is used to realize data transmission between the gateway, AliCloud IOT platform, and the mobile phone APP, which ensures that the data transmission is safe and reliable; and the user realizes the real-time monitoring and remote control of the total station and the remote control of the total station by using the APP. Users use APP to realize real-time monitoring and remote control of total station, and at the same time, the system has the functions of data management and report generation, etc. After practical application, the accuracy of system data transmission is 100%, which meets the basic function of total station measurement in the project, and improves the convenience and efficiency of operation.
