    摘要:

    針對某射流風(fēng)洞系統架構復雜、控制對象及液壓機構多、模型支撐機構調節靈活、馬赫數連續變化可調的特點(diǎn),研制了一套專(zhuān)用的安全連鎖與狀態(tài)監控系統。該系統充分利用Profinet等先進(jìn)現場(chǎng)總線(xiàn)和實(shí)時(shí)網(wǎng)絡(luò )技術(shù),搭建了基于西門(mén)子S7-1500系列PLC為核心控制器的硬件平臺,并自主研發(fā)了實(shí)時(shí)監控軟件系統,解決了多層/多源控制子系統之間的快速數據交換、試驗前仿真運行模擬策略等技術(shù)問(wèn)題,建立了可靠的安全聯(lián)鎖邏輯與三級關(guān)車(chē)機制。系統靜動(dòng)態(tài)測試表明,該系統適用馬赫數0.3~3.5區間內的風(fēng)洞試驗,快速閥開(kāi)閉時(shí)間優(yōu)于10s,調壓閥開(kāi)閉時(shí)間優(yōu)于2s,壓力監測精準度優(yōu)于0.1%,閥門(mén)開(kāi)度監測精準度優(yōu)于0.1mm,監測與控制調節周期優(yōu)于100ms,系統運行穩定流暢,數據實(shí)時(shí)準確,為風(fēng)洞人員及設備安全提供了必要的軟硬件保障。

    Abstract:

    A dedicated safety interlock and status monitoring system has been developed for a jet wind tunnel system with complex architecture, multiple control objects and hydraulic mechanisms, flexible adjustment of model support mechanisms, and continuous adjustable Mach numbers. The system fully utilizes advanced fieldbus and real-time network technologies such as Profinet, builds a hardware platform based on Siemens S7-1500 series PLC as the core controller, and independently develops a real-time monitoring software system. It solves technical problems such as fast data exchange between multi-layer/multi-source control subsystems, simulation operation strategy before testing, and establishes reliable safety interlocking logic and three-level shutdown mechanism. The static and dynamic testing of the system shows that it is suitable for wind tunnel tests within the Mach number range of 0.3~3.5. The fast valve opening and closing time is better than 10 seconds, the pressure regulating valve opening and closing time is better than 2 seconds, the pressure monitoring accuracy is better than 0.1%, the valve opening monitoring accuracy is better than 0.1mm, the monitoring and control adjustment cycle is better than 100ms, the system operates stably and smoothly, and the data is real-time and accurate, providing necessary software and hardware guarantees for the safety of wind tunnel personnel and equipment.
