    多級航天裝備的慣導系統級間相對安裝誤差標定精度與補償效果對其導航精度有著(zhù)直接影響,實(shí)際工程應用時(shí)相對安裝誤差的標定往往是非重復性流程,且缺少快速評估相對安裝誤差準確性的測試手段;為了提高測試覆蓋性,在系統級測試階段提出一種慣導系統級間動(dòng)態(tài)對準測試的總體方案,設計了一套檢測慣導系統級間相對安裝誤差的自動(dòng)化設備;測試設備以基于PXI總線(xiàn)的控制系統為核心,配置搖擺轉臺提供動(dòng)態(tài)激勵,搭載基于LabVIEW開(kāi)發(fā)平臺的上位機測試軟件,配合上傳至產(chǎn)品端的測試軟件實(shí)現測試流程。通過(guò)試驗測試驗證了測試系統的應用價(jià)值,進(jìn)一步分析測試結果發(fā)現了慣導系統級間通信時(shí)延問(wèn)題并改進(jìn)了測試方法,提高了相對安裝誤差檢測的準確性。

    Abstract:

    The calibration accuracy and compensation effect of interstage installation error of inertial navigation system of multistage space equipment have direct influence on its navigation accuracy. In practical engineering application, the calibration of installation error is often a non-repetitive process, and there is a lack of testing means to quickly evaluate the accuracy of installation error. In order to improve the test coverage, an overall scheme of interstage dynamic alignment test is proposed in the system-level test phase, and a set of automatic equipment for detecting interstage installation error is designed. The test equipment is based on the control system of PXI bus as the core, and the turn table is configured to provide dynamic excitation. The upper computer test software based on LabVIEW development platform is equipped, and the test software uploaded to the product side is used to realize the test process. The application value of the test system is verified through the test. The further analysis of the test results reveals the problem of interstage communication deley of the inertial navigation system and improve the test method to provide the accuracy of installation error detection.
