    摘要:

    針對測控業(yè)務(wù)領(lǐng)域裝備種類(lèi)多、型號雜、布站分散、技術(shù)保障人力不足、遠程技術(shù)協(xié)助手段落后等實(shí)際問(wèn)題,結合測控裝備自身特點(diǎn)和運維保障規律,提出了采用數字技術(shù)構建測控裝備三維模型、信息流程邏輯模型,實(shí)現功能級數字測控裝備的建立。同時(shí)實(shí)際裝備上通過(guò)各種狀態(tài)信息感知器采集實(shí)際裝備狀態(tài)信息,利用軟件編程技術(shù)將各個(gè)感知器采集的信息進(jìn)行處理、格式編排、打包處理,并利用數字裝備和實(shí)體裝備間物聯(lián)網(wǎng)絡(luò )使數實(shí)裝備實(shí)現網(wǎng)絡(luò )互聯(lián),實(shí)現數字裝備和實(shí)體裝備的狀態(tài)數據一致、狀態(tài)同步,實(shí)現基于數字測控裝備健康監測,并可利用數實(shí)同步有效的評估裝備狀態(tài)、進(jìn)行故障診斷。同時(shí)可利用算法實(shí)現智能學(xué)習,迭代更新數字裝備狀態(tài)信息庫;并可根據裝備狀態(tài)信息庫分析裝備狀態(tài)走勢,對裝備健康趨勢預估,實(shí)現了運維保障數字化。

    Abstract:

    In view of the practical problems in the field of measurement and control business, such as various types of equipment, miscellaneous models, scattered distribution stations, insufficient technical support manpower, and backward remote technical assistance means, combined with the characteristics of measurement and control equipment and the laws of operation and maintenance, it is proposed to use digital technology to build a three-dimensional model of measurement and control equipment and an information flow logic model to establish functional digital measurement and control equipment. At the same time, actual equipment status information is collected through various status information perceptrons. The information collected by each perceptron is processed, formatted, and packaged using software programming technology. Moreover, the Internet of Things network between digital equipment and physical equipment is used to realize network interconnection between digital and physical equipment so that the status data of both types are consistent and synchronized. This aims to achieve health monitoring of equipment based on digital measurement and control while enabling synchronous fault diagnosis evaluation. Additionally, algorithms can be utilized for intelligent learning iteratively updating the state information base for digital equipment. Equipment trend analysis can be conducted based on this information base allowing prediction of health trends which enables digitized operation and maintenance guarantee.
