Taking into account multiple factors such as combat effectiveness, combat costs, and combat efficiency, the corresponding objective function for dynamic allocation of air defense weapon clusters to attack targets is determined, and corresponding constraint conditions are set. By calculating the probability of state transition of the target, the state criteria of the target are determined. Based on this, the state transition equation of the target is defined, and the optimal allocation scheme of the target is determined through the improved simulated annealing algorithm. The analysis of experimental results shows that compared with previous dynamic allocation methods for air defense weapon cluster attack targets, the designed dynamic allocation method for air defense weapon cluster attack targets based on improved simulated annealing algorithm has lower resource loss and better allocation effect in practical applications.
