    針對野外炸點(diǎn)空間三維坐標測量的問(wèn)題,提出了基于二維PSD位置傳感器的炸點(diǎn)位置測量方法,構建了基于二維PSD位置傳感器的炸點(diǎn)三維坐標測量系統;基于雙目視覺(jué)原理建立了炸點(diǎn)空間三維坐標測量數學(xué)模型;研究了被動(dòng)探測系統在野外遠距離下的標定技術(shù);通過(guò)系統誤差分解傳遞,分析了各參數的誤差;在Matlab中分別繪制了炸點(diǎn)位置坐標三個(gè)維度的誤差分布圖,并分析了測量系統誤差隨炸點(diǎn)實(shí)際位置變化的分布情況。根據誤差分布圖得到了在理論100m測試距離下X坐標最大測量誤差約為0.292 m~0.303 m,Y坐標最大測量誤差約為0.251 m~0.371 m,Z坐標最大測量誤差0.270 m~0.336 m。最后通過(guò)靜爆實(shí)驗對測量方法正確性、被動(dòng)探測系統標定技術(shù)可行性和測量系統功能性進(jìn)行了驗證,結果表明測量系統響應速度快且功能正常,被動(dòng)探測系統標定技術(shù)具備可行性且操作方便,可適用于野外炸點(diǎn)位置的快速測量。

    Abstract:

    A method for measuring the spatial three-dimensional coordinates of explosion points in the field is proposed, based on a two-dimensional PSD position sensor. A measurement system for determining the coordinates of explosion points in three dimensions using a two-dimensional PSD position sensor is constructed. Furthermore,a mathematical model for measuring the spatial three-dimensional coordinates of explosion points is established based on binocular vision principles. Calibration techniques for long-range passive detection systems in the field are studied. By decomposing and transferring system error,the errors of various parameters are analyzed. Error distribution graphs of the three dimensions of the explosion point's position coordinates are plotted in Matlab, and the distribution of measurement system errors with changes in the actual location of the explosion point is analyzed. Based on the error distribution graphs,the maximum measurement error for the X-coordinate is approximately 0.292 m-0.303 m, for the Y-coordinate it is approximately 0.251 m-0.371 m,and for the Z-coordinate it is approximately 0.270 m-0.336 m at a theoretical testing distance of 100m.Finally,the correctness of the measurement method,the feasibility of the calibration technique for the passive detection system,and the functionality of the measurement system are validated through static explosion experiments.The results demonstrate that the measurement system has a fast response speed and good functionality,the calibration technique for the passive detection system is operationally feasible,and the method is suitable for the rapid measurement of explosion point positions in the field.
