    為確保電子健康記錄系統盡快實(shí)現安全地醫療數據共享,克服傳統隱私加密控制模型訪(fǎng)問(wèn)時(shí)延增長(cháng)率較高,控制效果不夠平穩的問(wèn)題,本文基于區塊鏈技術(shù)對健康醫療數據隱私加密控制系統進(jìn)行了設計研究。采用C/S體系結構,設計了4層的基于區塊鏈技術(shù)的的加密控制系統硬件。在系統軟件的軟件部分,采用了基于無(wú)證書(shū)公鑰體制的內容提取簽名方案,完成了對健康醫療數據隱私保護功能的設計。采用區塊鏈技術(shù),提出了數據加密訪(fǎng)問(wèn)控制方法MDACSC,在該方法中設計區塊結構和鏈式存儲結構,將后序遍歷策略樹(shù)匹配算法與分類(lèi)分級屬性算法應用到訪(fǎng)問(wèn)控制結構中提升訪(fǎng)問(wèn)控制效率,完成對健康醫療數據的加密訪(fǎng)問(wèn)控制。采用PoP-DPoS算法設計了改進(jìn)共識機制,以確定記賬權歸屬,優(yōu)化了加密控制方法。經(jīng)實(shí)驗測試實(shí)現了對健康醫療數據隱私的加密控制,結果表明:該模型訪(fǎng)問(wèn)時(shí)延增長(cháng)率較低,具有平穩、高效的訪(fǎng)問(wèn)控制性能,密文小、加密成本低,解密成本極高,并且數據安全系數達到了0.98,說(shuō)明該系統總體應用效果良好。

    Abstract:

    To ensure the secure sharing of medical data in the electronic health record system, this paper presents a design study on a privacy encryption control system for health medical data based on blockchain technology. A client-server architecture is adopted, and a 4-layer hardware system based on blockchain technology is designed. In the software part of the system, a content extraction signature scheme based on certificateless public key cryptography is employed to achieve the design of privacy protection for health medical data. By utilizing blockchain technology, a data encryption access control method named MDACSC is proposed, block structure and chain storage structure are designed in this method, which integrates the post-order traversal policy tree matching algorithm and the classification and hierarchical attribute algorithm into the access control structure to improve the efficiency of access control. Additionally, an improved consensus mechanism is designed using the PoP-DPoS algorithm to determine the ownership of accounting rights, the encryption control method is optimized. Through experimental tests, the achieved results demonstrate that the proposed model has a lower growth rate of access delay, and it exhibits stable and efficient access control performance. The ciphertext size is small, and the encryption cost is low, while the decryption cost is extremely high. Furthermore, the data security coefficient reaches 0.98, indicating that the overall application effect of the system is good.
