    在對低成本航姿系統進(jìn)行加速度計與磁力計的標定中,通常磁力計的信噪比更低,僅使用橢球擬合法標定傳感器誤差參數結果是不夠精確的。為了提高標定結果的準確性,提出了一種在多位置條件下基于橢球擬合約束和點(diǎn)積法的誤差參數標定及修正方法。首先,在靜態(tài)多位置下獲取15對低噪聲的測量數據并進(jìn)行橢球擬合標定,其次,用補償后的磁力計數據分布特征構建橢球約束條件,通過(guò)點(diǎn)積法計算地磁矢量與水平面夾角,并以其均方差來(lái)量化修正效果,對磁力計中可觀(guān)性差的軸間不正交誤差參數和傳感器間非對準誤差參數進(jìn)行修正,最終提升標定效果。仿真和實(shí)測的試驗結果表明,在同等橢球擬合約束下,本方法相比于獨立使用橢球擬合法和點(diǎn)積不變法,地磁矢量與水平面夾角的均方差下降了25%以上,且具有簡(jiǎn)單易用的特點(diǎn)。

    Abstract:

    In the calibration of accelerometers and magnetometers for inexpensive attitude and heading reference systems, often the signal-to-noise ratio of magnetometers is much lower and the results of calibrating the sensor error parameters using only ellipsoidal fitting are not accurate enough. In order to improve the accuracy of the calibration results, an error parameter calibration and correction method under multi-position conditions is proposed, based on ellipsoid fitting constraints and dot product method. First, 15 pairs of low-noise measurements were acquired at static multiple positions and calibrated with ellipsoid fitting, and secondly, constructing ellipsoidal constraints using the data distribution characteristics of the compensated magnetometer, the angle between the geomagnetic vector and the horizontal plane is calculated by the dot product method, and the correction effect is quantified in terms of its mean square error. Correct the parameter of the magnetometer's inter-axis non-orthogonal error, which is less observable, and the inter-sensor non-alignment error. Ultimately improve the calibration results. Simulated and measured experimental results show that under the same ellipsoid fitting constraints, this method reduces the mean square error of the angle between the geomagnetic vector and the horizontal plane by more than 25% compared to the independent use of ellipsoid fitting and dot product invariant methods, and it is simple and easy to use.
