    摘要:

    某廠(chǎng)區冷卻供水系統只能以手動(dòng)模式運行,無(wú)法實(shí)現自動(dòng)恒壓供水,能耗高、設備損耗大,對管網(wǎng)流量波動(dòng)適應性差;通過(guò)重新設計系統Programmable Logic Controller (PLC)程序,進(jìn)行加減泵邏輯控制和管網(wǎng)壓力設置,實(shí)現了基于變頻器的管網(wǎng)恒壓控制;通過(guò)水泵輪巡邏輯控制和冗余配置,實(shí)現了水泵的自動(dòng)輪換運行;通過(guò)水泵使能功能和管網(wǎng)壓力手動(dòng)設置功能,提高了系統控制的靈活性;通過(guò)優(yōu)化水泵加載條件和觸摸屏功能,消除了設備故障對系統自動(dòng)運行的干擾,提高了系統的魯棒性。經(jīng)過(guò)10個(gè)月運行驗證,系統能夠長(cháng)時(shí)間穩定工作,冷卻供水泵組節能20%以上,實(shí)現了智能化控制。

    Abstract:

    The cooling and water supply system in a certain factory area can only operate in manual mode and cannot achieve automatic constant pressure water supply. It has high energy consumption, high equipment loss, and poor adaptability to flow fluctuations in the pipeline network; By redesigning the Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) program of the system, adding/subtracting pump logic control and pipe network pressure setting were carried out, achieving constant pressure control of the pipe network based on a frequency converter; The automatic rotation operation of the water pump is achieved through logical control and redundant configuration of the water pump wheel inspection; By enabling the water pump and manually setting the pressure of the pipeline network, the flexibility of system control has been improved; By optimizing the loading conditions of the water pump and the touch screen function, the interference of equipment failures on the automatic operation of the system was eliminated, and the robustness of the system was improved. After 10 months of operation verification, the system can work stably for a long time, and the cooling water supply pump group can save more than 20% energy, achieving intelligent control.
