    在當前全球能源轉型以及“雙碳”背景下,鄉村傳統用能模式的高成本、高污染弊端日益明顯;針對中國鄉村目前供能靈活性差、清潔度低等問(wèn)題,結合鄉村風(fēng)、光資源更充分的優(yōu)勢,構建了一種含氫儲能結構的新型綜合能源系統(Integrated Energy System,IES)及基于改進(jìn)的C-NSGA-II算法的容量配置與運行優(yōu)化的設計方法,并設置“日均成本節約率”“CO2減排率”以及“?效率提升率”評價(jià)指標;實(shí)驗表明所提出系統相比于鄉村傳統的能源分供系統,夏季典型日的三種指標結果為:21.75%、91.03%、97.24%;冬季典型日的結果為42.97%、67.31%、55.54%,顯著(zhù)提升供能系統的經(jīng)濟性、低碳性、節能性,對未來(lái)鄉村能源結構轉型具有一定的指導意義。

    Abstract:

    Under the background of global energy transformation and "dual carbon", the disadvantages of high cost and high pollution of traditional rural energy use mode are increasingly obvious; Aiming at the problems of poor energy supply flexibility and low cleanliness in rural China, a new integrated energy system (IES) with hydrogen energy storage structure and a design method of capacity allocation and operation optimization based on the improved C-NSGA-II algorithm were constructed in combination with the advantages of more abundant wind and light resources in rural areas. Exergic efficiency improvement rate and average daily cost saving rate, CO2 emission reduction rate and exergic efficiency improvement rate have been set up. The experimental results show that compared with the traditional energy distribution system in rural areas, the results of three indexes on typical summer days are 21.75%, 91.03% and 97.24%. The results of typical winter days were 42.97%, 67.31% and 55.54%, which significantly improved the economy, low carbon and energy saving of the energy supply system, and had certain guiding significance for the future rural energy structure transformation.
