    摘要:

    航空發(fā)動(dòng)機轉矩振動(dòng)會(huì )引起機身共振,導致機身振動(dòng)增大,引發(fā)結構失效。為了確保飛機的安全性,設計基于轉矩振幅動(dòng)態(tài)信號去噪的航空發(fā)動(dòng)機轉矩振動(dòng)模糊控制技術(shù)。基于航空發(fā)動(dòng)機整機動(dòng)力學(xué)分析結果,明確其運行過(guò)程中的幅值、頻率、相位等振動(dòng)特性。以此為基礎,使用MEMS加速度傳感器采集航空發(fā)動(dòng)機實(shí)際轉矩振幅動(dòng)態(tài)信號,并利用奇異譜分析算法對采集到的動(dòng)態(tài)信號實(shí)施去噪處理,提取出主要的信號成分。設計模糊控制技術(shù),并將去噪處理后的轉矩振幅動(dòng)態(tài)信號作為輸入變量,實(shí)現發(fā)動(dòng)機轉矩振動(dòng)模糊控制。測試結果表明,設計控制技術(shù)應用后,具備適應不同轉子位移變化的能力。在不同支承剛度下,設計控制技術(shù)的轉矩振動(dòng)抑制率較高。在寬頻狀態(tài)測試點(diǎn)處外機匣表面加速度收斂至0.04m/s2以?xún)?窄頻狀態(tài)測試點(diǎn)處外機匣表面加速度收斂至0.03m/s2左右。因此,設計控制技術(shù)具有良好的控制效果,可以保證航空發(fā)動(dòng)機的穩定性和具有較高的抑制性能。

    Abstract:

    The torque vibration of aircraft engines can cause resonance in the fuselage, leading to increased vibration and structural failure. In order to ensure the safety of the aircraft, a fuzzy control technology for aircraft engine torque vibration based on torque amplitude dynamic signal denoising is designed. Based on the dynamic analysis results of the entire aircraft engine, clarify its vibration characteristics such as amplitude, frequency, and phase during operation. Based on this, MEMS acceleration sensors are used to collect the actual torque amplitude dynamic signals of aircraft engines, and singular spectrum analysis algorithms are used to denoise the collected dynamic signals and extract the main signal components. Design fuzzy control technology and use the denoised torque amplitude dynamic signal as the input variable to achieve fuzzy control of engine torque vibration. The test results indicate that the design control technology has the ability to adapt to different rotor displacement changes after application. Under different support stiffness, the torque vibration suppression rate of the designed control technology is relatively high. At the broadband state test point, the surface acceleration of the outer casing converges to within 0.04m/s2, while at the narrowband state test point, the surface acceleration of the outer casing converges to around 0.03m/s2. Therefore, the design control technology has good control effects, which can ensure the stability of the aircraft engine and have high suppression performance.
