    摘要:

    傳統的運載火箭電磁閥極性測試往往通過(guò)“耳聽(tīng)手摸”的方式,存在漏檢誤檢、測試記錄不可量化及數據追溯、無(wú)法精準判讀、測試效率低等問(wèn)題。因此對運載火箭典型姿控電磁閥開(kāi)展了漏磁性能的測量與量化分析,掌握閥體各部位漏磁場(chǎng)分布規律、漏磁場(chǎng)隨距離衰減變化規律、電磁閥之間漏磁場(chǎng)相互影響情況,并提出了一種非接觸式的可視化電磁閥極性檢測系統設計方法,采用三冗余敏感探頭采編設計保證極性檢測準確性,經(jīng)試驗測試驗證,實(shí)現了無(wú)需精確安裝即可100%檢測電磁閥動(dòng)作及時(shí)序動(dòng)作精準判讀,提升了電磁閥極性檢測能力和測試效率。該系統已成功應用于大型運載火箭的總裝測試流程中,對于提升運載火箭自動(dòng)化測試水平具有重要意義。

    Abstract:

    Traditional testing method for solenoid valve polarity of launch vehicles is often detected through "listening and touching", which has problems such as missed detection and false detection, inability to accurately interpret, and low testing efficiency. Therefore, the measurement and quantitative analysis of the magnetic leakage performance of typical attitude control solenoid valves were carried out to grasp the distribution of magnetic leakage fields in various parts of the valve body. A non-contact visual polarity detection system design method for electromagnetic valves was proposed, and the accuracy of polarity detection was ensured by using three redundant sensitive probes for sampling and programming design. Experimental testing was verified, it has achieved 100% detection of electromagnetic valve actions and accurate interpretation of timely sequence actions. This system was successfully applied on the testing process of large launch vehicles and has improved the automation testing level of launch vehicles.
