    摘要:

    為了能夠在不破壞系統現有的內部結構的前提下,給機械液壓系統的維修工作提供有效數據參考,提出基于優(yōu)化故障樹(shù)模型的機械液壓系統原位檢測方法。考慮機械液壓系統的組成結構,模擬機械液壓系統運行過(guò)程,設置機械液壓系統原位檢測測點(diǎn)。在測點(diǎn)位置上采集系統運行數據,利用構建的優(yōu)化故障樹(shù)判斷當前機械液壓系統是否處于故障狀態(tài),針對故障狀態(tài)下的機械液壓系統,計算流量、液壓泄漏量等參數,得出機械液壓系統的原位檢測結果。通過(guò)性能測試實(shí)驗得出結論:與傳統檢測方法相比,優(yōu)化設計方法在液壓值、液壓油流量和泄漏量三個(gè)方面的參數檢測誤差分別降低了4.3N/m、0.41L/min和0.36mL,且檢測過(guò)程對系統的破壞程度更低,由此證明優(yōu)化設計方法具有更高的檢測性能。

    :In order to provide effective data reference for the maintenance of mechanical hydraulic system without destroying the existing internal structure of the system, an in-situ detection method of mechanical hydraulic system based on optimized fault tree analysis model is proposed. Consider the composition and structure of the mechanical hydraulic system, simulate the operation process of the mechanical hydraulic system, and set up in-situ testing points for the mechanical hydraulic system. Collect the system operation data at the measuring points, use the optimized fault tree analysis to judge whether the current mechanical hydraulic system is in fault status, calculate the flow, hydraulic leakage and other parameters for the mechanical hydraulic system in fault status, and obtain the in-situ inspection results of the mechanical hydraulic system. Through performance testing experiments, it is concluded that compared with traditional detection methods, the optimized design method has reduced parameter detection errors in hydraulic value, hydraulic oil flow rate, and leakage rate by 4.3N/m, 0.41L/min, and 0.36mL, respectively, and the detection process has a lower degree of damage to the system. This proves that the optimized design method has higher detection performance.
