    為了提高高處作業(yè)吊籃工作人員的施工安全性,研究了一種智能吊籃的安全繩鎖扣檢測系統,該系統能夠精確測量鎖扣是否處于閉合的狀態(tài);系統采用了諧振電路和信號處理鏈的組合,實(shí)現了對鎖扣狀態(tài)的高度監測和識別;主控芯片產(chǎn)生的方波信號經(jīng)過(guò)諧振電路諧振后,最終輸出目標正弦波;經(jīng)過(guò)濾波整流和電壓放大電路對信號處理后,信號被輸送給比較器電路進(jìn)行進(jìn)一步分析,比較器電路用于與預設的閾值進(jìn)行比較,以判斷鎖扣狀態(tài);系統成功判斷鎖扣閉合狀態(tài)并顯示給施工人員,準確實(shí)驗結果對于提升高空作業(yè)領(lǐng)域的安全性和可控性具有深遠的意義,通過(guò)集成了多個(gè)關(guān)鍵模塊的系統設計,降低了鎖扣未閉合造成的事故風(fēng)險,同時(shí)及時(shí)警示操作人員,使工作場(chǎng)所更加安全可靠,強調了電子信息技術(shù)在工程安全中的關(guān)鍵作用。

    Abstract:

    In order to enhance the construction safety of high-altitude work basket operators, a study was conducted on an intelligent safety rope lock detection system. This system is capable of accurately measuring whether the lock is in a closed state. The system utilizes a combination of a resonant circuit and a signal processing chain to achieve precise monitoring and identification of the lock's status. The square wave signal generated by the main control chip is resonated through the resonant circuit, ultimately producing the desired sinusoidal wave output. After signal processing through filtering, rectification, and voltage amplification circuits, the signal is transmitted to a comparator circuit for further analysis. The comparator circuit is used to compare the signal with a preset threshold in order to determine the lock's status. The system successfully detects the closed state of the lock and displays it to the construction personnel. The accurate experimental results have far-reaching implications for improving the safety and controllability of high-altitude operations. By integrating multiple key modules into the system design, it reduces the risk of accidents caused by unlocked locks and provides timely warnings to operators, making the workplace safer and more reliable. This underscores the critical role of electronic information technology in engineering safety.
