    摘要:

    為有效降低和抵御干擾對信號接收與定位的影響,提高導航系統的穩定性和可靠性,設計基于LSTM的北斗衛星信號識別與抗干擾方法,以無(wú)失真地利用BDS信號。對北斗衛星真實(shí)信源實(shí)施信號調制,獲取衛星信號調制樣式識別算法的輸入信號。設計基于LSTM的衛星信號調制樣式識別算法,模型為一個(gè)傳統LSTM網(wǎng)絡(luò )與CNN網(wǎng)絡(luò )級聯(lián)的新型LSTM網(wǎng)絡(luò ),通過(guò)CNN網(wǎng)絡(luò )能夠實(shí)施I、Q數據間特征的提取,利用LSTM網(wǎng)絡(luò )提取數據中時(shí)序特征,并對其特征進(jìn)行融合,實(shí)現北斗衛星信號的識別。并設計結合空域抗干擾技術(shù)與時(shí)域抗干擾技術(shù)的空時(shí)自適應濾波約束算法,實(shí)現北斗衛星信號窄帶與寬帶干擾的共同抑制,以有效提高識別的效果。實(shí)驗測試結果表明,設計方法的識別準確率整體較高,最高達到接近90%,抗干擾后輸出信干比最高達到78.52dB。

    Abstract:

    In order to effectively reduce and resist the influence of interference on signal reception and positioning, and improve the stability and reliability of navigation system, a signal recognition and anti-jamming method of Beidou satellite based on LSTM is designed to utilize BDS signals without distortion. The real information source of Beidou satellite is modulated to obtain the input signal of the satellite signal modulation pattern recognition algorithm. The satellite signal modulation pattern recognition algorithm based on LSTM is designed, and the model is a new LSTM network cascelled by the traditional LSTM network and the CNN network. The features between I and Q data can be extracted through the CNN network, and the sequential features in the data can be extracted and fused through the traditional LSTM network. Recognition of Beidou satellite signals. A spatial-time adaptive filter constraint algorithm combining spatial-time anti-jamming technology and time-domain anti-jamming technology is designed to realize the joint suppression of narrowband and wideband interference of Beidou satellite signals, so as to effectively improve the recognition effect. The experimental results show that the recognition accuracy of the design method is high, the highest is close to 90%, and the highest output signal-to-stem ratio is 78.52dB after anti-interference.
