    摘要:

    常規的渦軸航空發(fā)動(dòng)機轉速的自適應模糊控制技術(shù),對發(fā)動(dòng)機轉速扭矩參數的調整不太精準,導致轉速控制效果較差。因此,提出渦軸航空發(fā)動(dòng)機轉速的自適應模糊控制研究。對邏輯進(jìn)行模糊化處理,將模糊子集的參數作為控制器的主要參數,形成渦軸航空發(fā)動(dòng)機轉速模糊控制器,通過(guò)模糊控制器,對變化率的調整規則進(jìn)行設計,將轉速波動(dòng)控制在較小的范圍內,并建立參數調整規則表,按照模糊自整定數值關(guān)系,對發(fā)動(dòng)機轉速扭矩參數進(jìn)行精確調整,以該數據基礎,根據隸屬度函數,以相鄰模態(tài)控制器的凸組合為主要模式,對相等階次的導數進(jìn)行求解,并設置兩個(gè)緩沖模態(tài),對發(fā)動(dòng)機狀態(tài)輸出狀態(tài),進(jìn)行一定程度的收斂,從而對發(fā)動(dòng)機轉速進(jìn)行自適應模糊控制。進(jìn)行仿真實(shí)驗,結果表明,使用本文設計的方法,對渦軸航空發(fā)動(dòng)機轉速進(jìn)行自適應模糊進(jìn)行控制后,發(fā)動(dòng)機轉速波動(dòng)較小,控制效果較好,具有較好的應用價(jià)值。

    Abstract:

    The conventional adaptive fuzzy control technology for turboshaft aviation engine speed does not accurately adjust the engine speed and torque parameters, resulting in poor speed control effect. Therefore, a study on adaptive fuzzy control of turboshaft aviation engine speed is proposed. The logic is fuzzified, and the parameters of the fuzzy subset are taken as the main parameters of the controller to form a turboshaft aeroengine speed fuzzy controller. Through the fuzzy controller, the adjustment rules of the rate of change are designed to control the speed fluctuation in a small range, and a parameter adjustment rule table is established. According to the fuzzy Self-tuning numerical relationship, the engine speed and torque parameters are accurately adjusted. Based on this data, According to the membership function, with the Convex combination of adjacent modal controllers as the main mode, the derivatives of the same order are solved, and two buffer modes are set to converge the output state of the engine state to a certain extent, so as to carry out adaptive fuzzy control of the engine speed. Simulation experiments were conducted, and the results showed that using the method designed in this paper to adaptively fuzzy control the speed of a turboshaft aviation engine resulted in less engine speed fluctuation and better control effect, which has good application value.
