    摘要:

    高速軌道形變是指高速鐵路軌道在運營(yíng)過(guò)程中由于列車(chē)荷載、溫度變化、地基沉降等因素而發(fā)生的變形現象,極大影響了高速鐵路車(chē)輛的行駛安全性,為此,設計了基于激光雷達與機載光電成像融合的高速軌道形變檢測系統。通過(guò)激光發(fā)射器、激光信號接收器的結構設計與組裝,實(shí)現激光雷達成像模塊的設計,從無(wú)人機、光電攝像機、云臺等方面,完成對機載光電成像模塊的設計,實(shí)現圖像數據的融合處理。在硬件優(yōu)化系統的支持下,生成高速軌道的激光雷達與機載光電圖像,經(jīng)過(guò)去噪、畸變校正、去霧等操作,完成對初始圖像的預處理。采用加權融合的方式,得到激光雷達與機載光電融合圖像,并提取融合圖像的邊緣特征,計算高速軌道位置坐標,通過(guò)坐標計算結果與軌道初始結構數據的比對,輸出高速軌道形變的檢測結果。實(shí)驗結果表明:所設計系統的平均狀態(tài)誤檢率為2.3%,形變量檢測誤差平均值為0.15mm,具有良好的檢測能力。

    Abstract:

    High speed track deformation refers to the deformation phenomenon caused by train load, temperature change, foundation settlement and other factors during the operation of high-speed Railway track, which greatly affects the driving safety of high-speed railway vehicles. Therefore, a high-speed track deformation detection system based on the fusion of laser radar and airborne photoelectric imaging is designed. By designing and assembling the structure of the laser transmitter and laser signal receiver, the design of the LiDAR imaging module is achieved. The design of the airborne photoelectric imaging module is completed from aspects such as drones, photoelectric cameras, and PTZ, achieving the fusion processing of image data. With the support of the hardware optimization system, generate high-speed orbit LiDAR and airborne optoelectronic images, and complete the preprocessing of the initial image through operations such as denoising, distortion correction, and defogging. By using a weighted fusion method, the fusion image of LiDAR and airborne optoelectronics is obtained, and the edge features of the fusion image are extracted. The high-speed track position coordinates are calculated, and the detection results of high-speed track deformation are output by comparing the coordinate calculation results with the initial structure data of the track. The experimental results show that the average state error detection rate of the designed system is 2.3%, and the average error value of shape variable detection is 0.15mm, indicating good detection ability.
