    摘要:

    三維姿態(tài)角光學(xué)測量通過(guò)對物體表面的光學(xué)圖像處理,實(shí)現對物體的角度姿態(tài)測量。為提高目標三維姿態(tài)角光學(xué)檢測的準確性,提出基于立體視覺(jué)的大視場(chǎng)三維姿態(tài)角光學(xué)測量系統設計方法。利用雙基準平行準直光源與姿態(tài)敏感器,通過(guò)圖像傳感器、USB接口芯片等部件實(shí)現分割光斑、質(zhì)心定位等功能。在Linux內核基礎上設計信號收集、數據移植、串口通信、姿態(tài)角分析4個(gè)軟件模塊,同時(shí)引入立體視覺(jué)算法探究靶標點(diǎn)和圖像像點(diǎn)對應關(guān)聯(lián),運用視差定理確立空間角度的三維坐標,實(shí)現大視場(chǎng)三維姿態(tài)角測量。實(shí)驗結果證明:所建系統姿態(tài)角標定誤差小、時(shí)間同步性強,測量累計時(shí)間低于15s,具有較高的測量精度和魯棒性,為機械設備精密部件尺寸測量提供了一種有效的技術(shù)手段。

    Abstract:

    Tridimensional attitude angle optical measurement is achieved by processing the optical image of the object"s surface to measure its angular posture. To improve the accuracy of tridimensional attitude angle optical detection, a design method for an optical measurement system based on stereoscopic vision for large field is proposed. The system uses a dual baseline parallel collimating light source and an attitude sensor, and functions such as spot segmentation and centroid positioning are achieved through components such as the image sensor and USB interface chip. On the basis of the Linux kernel, four software modules including signal collection, data porting, serial communication, and attitude angle analysis are designed, while stereoscopic vision algorithms are introduced to explore the correspondence between target points and image pixels, establish the tridimensional coordinates of spatial angles using the disparity theorem, and realize large-field tridimensional attitude angle measurement. Experimental results demonstrate that the system has small attitude angle calibration errors, strong time synchronization, and a measurement cumulative time of less than 15s, with high measurement accuracy and robustness, providing an effective technical means for measuring the precision parts of mechanical equipment.
