    摘要:

    為了改善人工定位設備故障難度高、耗時(shí)長(cháng)的問(wèn)題,設計了一款基于LoRa無(wú)線(xiàn)通信技術(shù)的自動(dòng)氣象站故障診斷裝置。該裝置包含4個(gè)監測單元和1個(gè)主控單元,通過(guò)STM32系統實(shí)現對相關(guān)信號的采集和處理。其中,4個(gè)監測單元分別布設在自動(dòng)氣象站的各關(guān)鍵組成部分,可采集相關(guān)供電信號、傳感器輸出信號和工作狀態(tài)信息等,并通過(guò)LoRa通信將信息無(wú)線(xiàn)傳輸至主控單元。主控單元則對信息進(jìn)行匯總和分析,結合其內置的故障綜合診斷方法來(lái)定位出故障發(fā)生的準確位置,并經(jīng)HMI屏幕輸出定位結果,以協(xié)助業(yè)務(wù)人員及時(shí)排除故障。經(jīng)測試表明,該裝置能夠實(shí)現自動(dòng)氣象站故障位置的自動(dòng)判定,可大幅縮短故障排除耗時(shí),提高裝備保障效率。

    Abstract:

    In order to improve the problem of high difficulty and time-consuming to locate equipment faults manually, we designed a kind of LoRa wireless communication technology-based fault diagnosis device.The device has signal acquisition and fault diagnosis functions and contains four monitoring units and one master control unit, which use the STM32 system to implement the acquisition and processing of the relevant signals.The four monitoring units are located in the key components of the automatic weather station and are responsible for collecting information such as power supply signals, sensor output signals and operating status, and transmitting this information to the main control unit via LoRa technology.The main control unit summarizes and analyzes the information, combines it with its built-in integrated fault diagnostic methods to locate the exact location of the fault, and outputs the locating results via the HMI screen to assist the business staff in troubleshooting in a timely manner.Tests have shown that the device can realize the automatic determination of the fault location of automatic weather stations, which can significantly shorten the troubleshooting time consuming and improve the efficiency of equipment protection.
