    常規狀態(tài)下氣瓶壓力測量,在氣瓶出口管路上開(kāi)口進(jìn)行引壓測量,對于高壓氣瓶在長(cháng)期貯存的情況下,開(kāi)口引壓存在開(kāi)口部位壓力泄漏的隱患。為克服氣瓶開(kāi)口引壓泄漏問(wèn)題,對氣瓶非接觸壓力測量系統進(jìn)行分析研究,基于氣瓶壁在壓力下產(chǎn)生形變的情況,通過(guò)對氣瓶壁進(jìn)行應變測量關(guān)鍵技術(shù),建立氣瓶壁的應變量與內部壓力之間的關(guān)系計算模型,經(jīng)多次實(shí)驗驗證,積累不同溫度及壓力下的相關(guān)數據參數,通過(guò)數據模型擬合具有溫度補償的壓力計算公式,通過(guò)編程寫(xiě)進(jìn)便攜式測試儀,實(shí)現對高壓氣瓶在不接觸介質(zhì)的情況下非接觸壓力測量的目的,并滿(mǎn)足了氣瓶在高壓下進(jìn)行長(cháng)期貯存時(shí)隨機測量的應用需求。

    Abstract:

    Under normal conditions, the pressure of gas cylinder is measured at the opening of the gas cylinder outlet pipe. For the high-pressure gas cylinder in long-term storage, there is a hidden danger of pressure leakage at the opening part. In order to overcome the problem of open pressure leakage of the cylinder, the non-contact pressure measurement system of the cylinder was analyzed and studied. Based on the deformation of the cylinder wall under pressure, the calculation model of the relationship between the strain variable of the cylinder wall and the internal pressure was established through the key technology of strain measurement of the cylinder wall. The relevant data parameters under different temperatures and pressures were accumulated through multiple experiments. The pressure formula with temperature compensation is fitted to the data model and programmed into the portable tester to realize the non-contact pressure measurement of the high-pressure gas cylinder without contact with the medium, and meet the application demand of random measurement when the gas cylinder is stored under high pressure for a long time.
