    摘要:

    由于車(chē)輛超偏載檢測過(guò)程中,受天氣、路況等因素以及車(chē)輛行駛狀態(tài)影響,導致信號組成的陣列過(guò)短,利用傳統的TPDS(Trackside Performance Detection System,TPDS)車(chē)輛超偏載檢測精度較低、耗時(shí)較長(cháng)。提出基于改進(jìn)TPDS長(cháng)陣列的車(chē)輛超偏載檢測研究。通過(guò)車(chē)輛運行品質(zhì)軌邊動(dòng)態(tài)監測系統,利用測距傳感器與數據采集儀將力學(xué)信號轉換成電壓信號,將輸出信號并將其組合為長(cháng)陣列輸入到系統的測距傳感器中;采用EDM算法對長(cháng)陣列中的噪聲點(diǎn)實(shí)施消除處理;將4個(gè)測距傳感器安置到貨運車(chē)輛底部,采用貨運車(chē)輛動(dòng)態(tài)稱(chēng)重方法,計算車(chē)輛上各彈簧組承載力的總和,并結合車(chē)輛有用信號,對車(chē)輛的載重情況展開(kāi)測量,實(shí)現對車(chē)輛的超偏載檢測。實(shí)驗結果表明,利用長(cháng)陣列改進(jìn)TPDS系統后,測試具有較高的測量精度、檢測效率以及檢測穩定性。

    Abstract:

    Due to the influence of factors such as weather, road conditions, and vehicle driving status during the process of vehicle overload and unbalanced load detection, the array composed of signals is too short. Using the traditional Trackside Performance Detection System (TPDS) for vehicle overload and unbalanced load detection has lower accuracy and longer time consumption. Propose research on vehicle overload and unbalanced load detection based on improved TPDS long array. Through the dynamic monitoring system of vehicle operation quality on the trackside, the mechanical signals are converted into voltage signals using distance sensors and data acquisition instruments. The output signals are combined into a long array and input into the distance sensors of the system; Using EDM algorithm to eliminate noise points in long arrays; Install four distance sensors at the bottom of the freight vehicle, use the dynamic weighing method of the freight vehicle, calculate the total bearing capacity of each spring group on the vehicle, and combine with the useful signal of the vehicle to measure the load situation of the vehicle, achieving the detection of vehicle overload and deviation. The experimental results show that the use of long arrays to improve the TPDS system results in high measurement accuracy, detection efficiency, and detection stability..
