According to the research of nonlinear interference suppression methods in the field of loading system, the structure and control are also summarized and classified, and the performance is compared and the applicability is analyzed. As to the problem of the suppression of extra torque, a model predictive control scheme is proposed to compensate the extra torque. Experimental results show that the command torque can be tracked accurately, the error rate is less than 1.93%, and the excess torque elimination rate is up to 95.86%. The effectiveness of the proposed scheme is proved, which can improve the suppression ability of extra torque and increase the tracking accuracy of the system.
