    摘要:

    列車(chē)通信網(wǎng)絡(luò )負載過(guò)大,會(huì )導致數據傳輸延遲或丟失,進(jìn)而影響系統的反饋控制效率和準確性。為了保證列車(chē)通信網(wǎng)絡(luò )的安全性,設計基于CANopen的列車(chē)通信網(wǎng)絡(luò )狀態(tài)反饋控制系統。加設CANopen網(wǎng)關(guān)設備,改裝列車(chē)通信網(wǎng)絡(luò )數據采集器和網(wǎng)絡(luò )狀態(tài)反饋控制器,調整反饋控制器驅動(dòng)電路的連接方式,完成系統硬件的優(yōu)化。設置CANopen作為列車(chē)通信網(wǎng)絡(luò )的通信協(xié)議,采用報文捕獲的方式采集列車(chē)通信網(wǎng)絡(luò )實(shí)時(shí)狀態(tài)數據,通過(guò)網(wǎng)絡(luò )狀態(tài)特征的提取與匹配,確定當前列車(chē)通信網(wǎng)絡(luò )狀態(tài)。從緩存長(cháng)度、負載、時(shí)延等方面,計算列車(chē)通信網(wǎng)絡(luò )的控制量,通過(guò)公平分配列車(chē)通信網(wǎng)絡(luò )信道、列車(chē)通信網(wǎng)絡(luò )擁塞調度控制兩個(gè)步驟,實(shí)現系統的列車(chē)通信網(wǎng)絡(luò )狀態(tài)反饋控制功能。實(shí)驗結果表明,在鐵路列車(chē)和公路列車(chē)通信網(wǎng)絡(luò )環(huán)境下,負載控制誤差平均值分別為0.6Mbps和0.8Mbps,在所提方法控制下,通信網(wǎng)絡(luò )的緩存隊列長(cháng)度平均為10Mbps,由此證明優(yōu)化設計方法在控制功能和控制效果方面具有明顯優(yōu)勢。

    Abstract:

    Excessive load on the train communication network can lead to delayed or lost data transmission, which in turn affects the efficiency and accuracy of the feedback control system. To ensure the security of the train communication network, a CANopen based train communication network state feedback control system is designed. Install CANopen gateway equipment, modify train communication network data collector and network state feedback controller, adjust the connection method of feedback controller driver circuit, and complete hardware system optimization. Set CANopen as the communication protocol for the train communication network, collect real-time status data of the train communication network through message capture, and determine the current train communication network status through the extraction and matching of network status features. Calculate the control amount of the train communication network from the aspects of cache length, load, delay, etc., and achieve the train communication network state feedback control function of the system through two steps: fair allocation of train communication network channels and congestion scheduling control of the train communication network. The experimental results show that in the communication network environment of railway trains and highway trains, the average load control errors are 0.6Mbps and 0.8Mbps, respectively. Under the control of the proposed method, the average cache queue length of the communication network is 10Mbps, which proves that the optimization design method has significant advantages in control function and control effect.
