    三維重建技術(shù)逐漸成為獲取全面、完備、準確的排水管道信息的關(guān)鍵手段。而實(shí)際檢測受到管道堵塞等工況與管道檢測規程等因素限制,造成所獲得的管道聲吶點(diǎn)云模型會(huì )出現位姿不同、部分重疊或空缺等情況,需要通過(guò)配準獲取完整管道模型。同時(shí),傳統ICP算法針對管道模型存在效率低、精度差的問(wèn)題。因此,該文提出基于特征點(diǎn)匹配的粗配準與改進(jìn)的ICP精細配準相結合的點(diǎn)云配準算法。首先,利用ISS特征點(diǎn)檢測法檢測出模型特征點(diǎn),通過(guò)FPFH對特征點(diǎn)進(jìn)行進(jìn)一步的描述;其次,采用RANSAC算法篩選出正確特征匹配點(diǎn)集,利用四元數法解算出初始變換參數完成粗配準;最后,在粗配準基礎上,通過(guò)改進(jìn)最近對應點(diǎn)查詢(xún)的ICP算法完成精細配準。實(shí)驗結果表明了該文算法的可行性與優(yōu)越性,能為后續排水管道缺陷檢測提供高完備、全面、準確的點(diǎn)云模型。

    Abstract:

    3D reconstruction technology is becoming a key tool for obtaining comprehensive, complete and accurate information about drainage pipes. The actual inspection is limited by such factors as pipe blockage and pipe inspection protocols, resulting in different positions, partial overlaps or gaps in the obtained sonar point cloud model, and the need to obtain a complete pipe model through alignment. At the same time, the traditional ICP algorithm has the problems of low efficiency and poor accuracy for the pipeline model. Therefore, this paper proposes a point cloud alignment algorithm that combines coarse alignment based on feature point matching with improved ICP fine alignment. Firstly, the ISS feature point detection method is used to detect the model feature points, and the feature points are further described by the FPFH; secondly, the RANSAC algorithm is used to filter the correct feature matching point set, and the initial transformation parameters are solved by the quadratic method to complete the coarse alignment; finally, based on the coarse alignment, the ICP algorithm with improved nearest corresponding point query is used to complete the fine alignment. The experimental results demonstrate the feasibility and superiority of the algorithm, which can provide a high-precision point cloud data model for the subsequent detection of tunnel defects.
