    現有的多點(diǎn)起爆系統多采用爆炸邏輯網(wǎng)絡(luò ),只能以特定方式起爆,缺乏靈活性,且受導爆索傳爆速度和傳爆距離誤差的影響,難以滿(mǎn)足自修復雷場(chǎng)中跳躍式智能封鎖雷對于快速完成單點(diǎn)起爆或任意多點(diǎn)同步起爆的應用需求。針對這一問(wèn)題,提出一種基于STM32的火工品多路起爆電路,采用雙端控制、低通濾波等設計方法保障起爆電路的安全性和抗干擾性,結合所使用火工品的特性,計算分析部分元器件的參數,使用固定延時(shí)、并行起爆的起爆方式,以減小火工品發(fā)火時(shí)間和起爆硬件延遲時(shí)間,提高火工品起爆的快速性和同步性。特性分析表明,從STM32輸出起爆驅動(dòng)信號到火工品起爆的時(shí)延為403.521μs,具有起爆快速性,不計火工品發(fā)火時(shí)間差時(shí)起爆多路火工品的最大時(shí)間差為0.246 μs,具有起爆同步性。

    Abstract:

    The existing multi-point initiation systems mostly use explosive logic networks, which can only detonate in a specific way, lacking flexibility, and are affected by the detonation speed and distance errors of the detonating cord, making it difficult to meet the application requirements of jumping intelligent blockade mines in self-healing minefields for quickly completing single point initiation or arbitrary multi-point synchronous initiation. In response to this issue, a STM32 based multi way initiating circuit for initiating explosive devices is proposed, which adopts design methods such as dual terminal control and low-pass filtering to ensure the safety and anti-interference of the initiating circuit. Combined with the characteristics of the used initiating explosive devices, the parameters of some components are calculated and analyzed. A fixed delay and parallel initiating method is used to reduce the ignition time of the initiating explosive device and the delay time of the initiating hardware, Improve the speed and synchronization of initiating explosive devices. The characteristic analysis shows that the delay from the STM32 output detonation drive signal to the initiation of the initiating explosive device is 403.521μs, it has the ability to detonate quickly. When ignoring the ignition time difference of initiating explosive devices, the maximum time difference for initiating multiple initiating explosive devices is 0.246 μs, it has synchronous initiation.
