    摘要:

    為解決由視線(xiàn)傾角、視線(xiàn)偏角過(guò)大造成的飛行器對接存在誤差的問(wèn)題,實(shí)現飛行器交會(huì )軌跡的精準對接,提出基于雷達測距的飛行器交會(huì )對接誤差補償控制技術(shù)。建立空間參考坐標系,根據軌道根數計算結果,推導動(dòng)力學(xué)狀態(tài)方程,實(shí)現對飛行器交會(huì )對接過(guò)程中的動(dòng)力學(xué)作用分析。按照雷達測距原理,計算飛行器的理論飛行時(shí)長(cháng)及雷達裝置作用距離,再聯(lián)合相關(guān)參數指標,確定精度極限的取值范圍,實(shí)現基于雷達測距的對接誤差控制。在三坐標測量機結構模型中,定義飛行位姿擬合條件,再根據位姿誤差求解結果,實(shí)現對誤差參數的補償修正處理,完成基于雷達測距的飛行器交會(huì )對接誤差補償控制方法的設計。對比實(shí)驗結果表明,應用所提方法可以同時(shí)將視線(xiàn)傾角、視線(xiàn)偏角的取值控制在0°-45.0°的數值范圍之內,能夠較好解決飛行器錯誤對接的問(wèn)題,符合精準對接飛行器交會(huì )軌跡的實(shí)際應用需求。

    Abstract:

    To solve the problem of errors in aircraft docking caused by excessive line of sight inclination and line of sight deviation, and to achieve precise docking of aircraft rendezvous trajectories, a radar ranging based aircraft rendezvous and docking error compensation control technology is proposed. Establish a spatial reference coordinate system, derive the dynamic state equation based on the calculation results of orbital elements, and analyze the dynamic effects of spacecraft rendezvous and docking process. According to the principle of radar ranging, calculate the theoretical flight duration of the aircraft and the operating distance of the radar device, and then combine relevant parameter indicators to determine the range of accuracy limits, achieving docking error control based on radar ranging. In the structural model of a coordinate measuring machine, the flight pose fitting conditions are defined, and based on the pose error solution results, compensation and correction of error parameters are achieved. The design of a radar ranging based aircraft rendezvous and docking error compensation control method is completed. The comparative experimental results show that the proposed method can simultaneously control the values of line of sight inclination and line of sight deviation within the numerical range of 0 ° -45.0 °, which can effectively solve the problem of incorrect docking of aircraft and meet the practical application requirements of precise docking of aircraft rendezvous trajectories.
