    著(zhù)眼無(wú)人智能化保障裝備發(fā)展問(wèn)題,為構建智能高效的保障裝備體系,在對智能化戰爭條件下裝備保障“任務(wù)—能力”進(jìn)行分析,確定感知戰場(chǎng)態(tài)勢、輔助指揮決策、裝備檢測維修、物資精準保障4項智能化保障任務(wù)和大數據分析處理能力、智能決策能力、多源數據采集能力等9種無(wú)人智能化保障裝備能力的基礎上,運用基于灰色關(guān)聯(lián)分析的質(zhì)量功能展開(kāi)方法,建立包含灰色綜合關(guān)聯(lián)矩陣的無(wú)人智能化保障裝備能力需求分析質(zhì)量屋,得到無(wú)人智能化保障裝備能力指標重要度排序,大數據分析處理能力重要度為6.8906居于首位,該能力是保障裝備開(kāi)展所有保障活動(dòng)的基礎,符合智能化裝備保障“以智取勝”的致勝機理。結果表明該模型具有較好的可行性和適用性,驗證了該方法在無(wú)人智能化保障裝備能力需求分析中的可行性和有效性,為下一步無(wú)人智能化保障裝備建設規劃提供了有力參考。

    Abstract:

    Focusing on the development of unmanned intelligent support equipment, in order to build an intelligent and efficient support equipment system, the "task-capability" of equipment support under intelligent war conditions is analyzed. On the basis of determining four intelligent support tasks (battlefield situation perception, auxiliary command and decision making, equipment detection and maintenance, accurate material support) and nine unmanned intelligent support equipment capabilities (big data analysis and processing capability, intelligent decision making capability, multi-source data acquisition capability), the quality function expansion method based on grey correlation analysis is applied. A quality house for analysis of the capability requirements of unmanned intelligent support equipment including grey comprehensive correlation matrix was established, and the importance ranking of the capability indicators of unmanned intelligent support equipment was obtained. The importance of big data analysis and processing capability was 6.8906, ranking the first place. This capability is the basis for all support activities of the intelligent support equipment, and conforms to the winning mechanism of intelligent equipment support of "winning by intelligence". The results show that the model has good feasibility and applicability, which verifies the feasibility and effectiveness of the method in the capability requirement analysis of unmanned intelligent support equipment, and provides a strong reference for the next unmanned intelligent support equipment construction planning.
