    摘要:

    時(shí)間反演多信號分類(lèi)(TR-MUSIC)算法進(jìn)行混凝土結構缺陷超聲成像,能夠在激勵超聲頻率不改變,保證探測深度的情況下,打破衍射限制,實(shí)現超分辨率成像;但此方法的缺點(diǎn)是極易受到噪聲的干擾,在成像劃分信號子空間與噪聲子空間過(guò)程,產(chǎn)生附加奇異值,影響超聲成像的精度和準確性;為進(jìn)一步提高TR-MUSIC超聲成像的質(zhì)量和穩定性,抑制噪聲對成像的干擾,提出一種基于變模態(tài)分解(VMD)的噪聲處理方式,該方法首先對VMD分解后的變模態(tài)分量采用能量熵和重心熵結合的方式確定信號頻譜形態(tài)發(fā)散和能量分布不均的噪聲分量,對噪聲分量采用小波閾值降噪方法處理,然后將降噪后的噪聲分量和其他分量進(jìn)行Savitzky-Golay filtering(最小二乘平滑濾波)并重構;改善后的信號進(jìn)行反演成像,提高了信號子空間和噪聲子空間對應奇異值大小的區分度,再通過(guò)設定閾值方式進(jìn)行劃分,提高了成像分辨率,抑制了由噪聲引起的偽像問(wèn)題。

    Abstract:

    Time inversion multi-signal classification (TR-MUSIC) algorithm for ultrasonic imaging of defects in concrete structures can break the diffraction limit and realize super resolution imaging under the condition that the excitation frequency does not change and the detection distance is guaranteed; However, the disadvantage of this method is that it is easy to be disturbed by noise, and additional singular values are generated in the process of imaging dividing signal subspace and noise subspace, which affects the accuracy and accuracy of ultrasonic imaging; In order to further improve the quality and stability of TR-MUSIC algorithm in ultrasonic imaging and suppress the interference of noise on imaging, a noise processing method based on variable mode decomposition (VMD) was proposed;The variable mode component after VMD decomposition was determined by combining energy entropy and barycentric entropy to determine the noise component of signal spectrum divergence and uneven energy distribution. The noise components were processed by wavelet threshold denoising method, and the noise components and other components were processed by Savitzky-Golay filtering and reconstructed. Inversion imaging of the improved signal improves the distinction of the corresponding singular values of the signal subspace and noise subspace. Then, the imaging resolution is improved and the artifact problem caused by noise is suppressed by setting thresholds.
