    摘要:

    針對氣象觀(guān)測臺站固態(tài)降水傳感器現場(chǎng)核查及測試的實(shí)際需求,研制了現場(chǎng)核查裝置,結合砝碼法實(shí)現了固態(tài)降水傳感器的現場(chǎng)核查和測試;現場(chǎng)核查裝置由基于ZigBee無(wú)線(xiàn)網(wǎng)絡(luò )的數據獲取裝置和加重裝置構成,數據獲取裝置具備環(huán)境氣壓、溫度、相對濕度的實(shí)時(shí)檢測能力,具備RS232、RS485及通斷信號方式3種固態(tài)降水傳感器接口的數據讀取能力;加重裝置由三角支架、OPD降水模擬器及砝碼托盤(pán)組成,其中降水模擬器采用阻擋原有OPD降水發(fā)生探測器紅外光束,人為給定指定頻率脈沖信號的方法實(shí)現了降水的模擬,能夠兼容多種型號的固態(tài)降水傳感器;經(jīng)實(shí)驗測試,固態(tài)降水傳感器能夠準確識別加入其中的砝碼重量,數據獲取裝置的3種接口數據讀取準確度均達到100%;降水量測量值與理論值相關(guān)系數為0.9999;表明現場(chǎng)核查裝置能夠應用于固態(tài)降水傳感器現場(chǎng)核查及測試業(yè)務(wù)。

    Abstract:

    According to the actual needs of on-site verification and testing of solid state precipitation sensors at meteorological observation stations, a on-site verification device was developed, and the on-site verification and testing of solid state precipitation sensors was realized by combining the weight method; The on-site verification device is composed of a data acquisition device and an weighting device based on ZigBee wireless network. The data acquisition device has the real-time detection ability of ambient air pressure, temperature, and relative humidity, and has the data reading ability of three solid-state precipitation sensor interfaces: RS232, RS485, and on-off signal mode; The weighting device is composed of a triangular bracket, an OPD precipitation simulator, and a weight tray. The precipitation simulator uses a method of blocking the infrared beam of the original OPD precipitation generation detector and artificially giving a specified frequency pulse signal to achieve precipitation simulation, which is compatible with various types of solid-state precipitation sensors; Through experimental testing, the solid-state precipitation sensor can accurately identify the weight added to it, and the data reading accuracy of the three interfaces of the data acquisition device reaches 100%; The correlation coefficient between the measured precipitation value and the theoretical value is 0.9999; This indicates that the on-site verification device can be applied to the on-site verification and testing business of solid-state precipitation sensors.
