However, traditional unmanned supermarket has the defects of high cost, single selling method of fresh products such as fruits and vegetables, low efficiency, and large labor force. In order to solve these problems, an intelligent unmanned fruit and vegetable selling system based on deep learning emerged. The system can identify the fresh fruits and vegetables without electronic labels. Based on the improved target detection algorithm to accurately identify the category and location of fruits and vegetables, and then weigh and calculate the price of the goods. Through experimental verification, the system has the advantages of synthesis, intelligence and specialization. The average accuracy (mAP) of the algorithm is improved by 7.37% on the self-made fruit and vegetable data set, and the experiment proves that this system has strong robustness for target detection of fruits and vegetables.
