    全程可控的地基微重力試驗設備是一種采用直線(xiàn)電機驅動(dòng)實(shí)驗艙體,以上拋下落方式來(lái)產(chǎn)生微重力環(huán)境的新型落塔裝置,具有4秒的微重力模擬能力,同時(shí)可以模擬月球重力、火星重力以及勻速運動(dòng)等多種重力環(huán)境,為了保證運行于軌道上的實(shí)驗艙能夠平順運行,需要密切監測相應輪軌的運行狀態(tài)。首先根據應用在實(shí)驗艙上的軸具體實(shí)際軸承進(jìn)行動(dòng)力學(xué)建模,完成動(dòng)力學(xué)仿真,針對實(shí)驗艙不同的運動(dòng)狀態(tài)考慮到不同轉速、不同載荷的情況,在時(shí)域與頻域上進(jìn)行故障分析對比,其次也在整個(gè)導軌副上不同的故障判斷方法進(jìn)行分析。最終得出具體故障模式的數據波形以及判斷方法,為之后的實(shí)驗艙導軌副故障診斷打下一定的基礎,為后續在工程上得到的實(shí)驗數據進(jìn)行驗證分析,具有一定的工程價(jià)值。

    Abstract:

    The whole-process controllable ground-based microgravity test equipment is a new type of tower dropping device that uses linear motor to drive the experimental cabin, and the above drop mode to generate microgravity environment. It has the microgravity simulation ability of 4 seconds, and can simulate the gravity environment of the moon, Mars gravity and uniform motion. In order to ensure the smooth operation of the experimental cabin running on the orbit, it is necessary to closely monitor the operation status of the corresponding wheel and rail.First of all, the dynamic modeling is carried out according to the actual bearing of the shaft applied in the experimental cabin, and the dynamic simulation is completed. The fault analysis and comparison are carried out in the time domain and the frequency domain according to the different motion conditions of the experimental cabin, taking into account the different rotating speeds and different loads. Secondly, the different fault judgment methods are also analyzed on the whole motion guide. Finally, the data waveform and judgment method of the specific fault mode are obtained, which lays a certain foundation for the subsequent fault diagnosis of the motion guide in the experimental cabin, and validates and analyzes the subsequent experimental data obtained in the project, which has certain engineering value.
