    摘要:

    為推動(dòng)國家智能制造發(fā)展,面向生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中設備實(shí)時(shí)監控困難、透明性差、管控效率低、跨學(xué)科交叉情況復雜等問(wèn)題,融合MBSE思想,提出一種基于數字孿生的產(chǎn)線(xiàn)設備監控方法并實(shí)現。首先,提出基于數字孿生的監控方法架構;基于SysML建模語(yǔ)言對產(chǎn)線(xiàn)系統和設備進(jìn)行統一描述建模,建立結構圖和行為圖,形成數據模型;通過(guò)SysML模型與OPC UA聯(lián)合,以位移數據和任務(wù)數據雙通道驅動(dòng)的方式進(jìn)行虛實(shí)映射,并建立異常報警追溯機制;以倉儲系統中核心設備堆垛機為例,構建其SysML模型、數字孿生模型,并以倉儲產(chǎn)線(xiàn)實(shí)時(shí)緩存數據庫redis為數據源,通過(guò)OPC UA獲取并實(shí)時(shí)更新數據驅動(dòng)數字孿生模型,實(shí)現其三維可視化監控,驗證了方法的可行性和實(shí)時(shí)性

    Abstract:

    In order to promote the development of national intelligent manufacturing, facing the difficulties of real-time monitoring of equipment in the production process, poor transparency, low efficiency of management and control, and complex cross-disciplinary situation, a production line equipment monitoring method based on digital twins is proposed and implemented by integrating MBSE ideas. Firstly, a monitoring method architecture based on digital twins is proposed; Based on SysML modeling language, the production line system and equipment are uniformly described and modeled, and the structure diagram and behavior diagram are established to form a data model; Through the combination of SysML model and OPC UA, the virtual and real mapping is carried out in the way of dual-channel driving of displacement data and task data, and the abnormal alarm tracing mechanism is established; Taking the stacker, the core equipment in the storage system, as an example, its SysML model and digital twin model are constructed, and the real-time cache database redis of the storage production line is used as the data source. The data-driven digital twin model is obtained and updated in real time through OPC UA to realize its three-dimensional visual monitoring, which verifies the feasibility and timeliness of the method
