    摘要:

    為縮小預警監測指標與測試指標之間的數值差,實(shí)現對氣象災害現象的準確監測,設計基于衛星遙感及數據庫同步的氣象災害監測預警系統。在中心站體系內建立自動(dòng)監測站局域網(wǎng)絡(luò ),按照實(shí)際響應需求,連接影像顯示模塊與預警、響應模塊,完成監測預警系統主站部分的設計。求解遙感影像數據集,根據衛星信息堆疊系數求解結果,定義核函數任務(wù)映射表達式,實(shí)現基于衛星遙感技術(shù)的氣象災害監測信息處理。建立數據庫模型,通過(guò)分析中間件性能需求的方式,確定監測數據的XML同步處理結果,完成數據庫同步中間件的搭建,結合相關(guān)設備元件,實(shí)現基于衛星遙感及數據庫同步的氣象災害監測預警系統設計。實(shí)驗結果表明,衛星遙感及數據庫同步處理技術(shù)可以有效控制預警監測指標與測試指標之間的數值差,其最大取值結果不超過(guò)0.26,符合精準監測氣象災害現象的應用需求。

    Abstract:

    In order to reduce the numerical difference between the early warning monitoring indicators and the test indicators, and achieve accurate monitoring of meteorological disasters, a meteorological disaster monitoring and early warning system based on satellite remote sensing and database synchronization is designed. Establish the local area network of automatic monitoring station in the central station system, connect the image display module with the early warning and response module according to the actual response requirements, and complete the design of the main station of the monitoring and early warning system. Solve the remote sensing image data set, define the kernel function task mapping expression according to the result of satellite information stacking coefficient solution, and realize the meteorological disaster monitoring information processing based on satellite remote sensing technology. Establish a database model, determine the XML synchronization processing results of monitoring data by analyzing the performance requirements of middleware, complete the construction of database synchronization middleware, and realize the design of meteorological disaster monitoring and early warning system based on satellite remote sensing and database synchronization combined with relevant equipment components. The experimental results show that the satellite remote sensing and database synchronous processing technology can effectively control the numerical difference between the early warning monitoring indicators and the test indicators, so that the maximum value result does not exceed 0.26, which meets the application requirements of accurate monitoring of meteorological disasters.
