    摘要:

    天基物聯(lián)網(wǎng)(Space-Based Internet of things)為全球用戶(hù)提供了廣覆蓋、全天候、大容量等物聯(lián)網(wǎng)服務(wù)[1],是未來(lái)6G物聯(lián)網(wǎng)的重要部分。 然而當前天基物聯(lián)網(wǎng)下的稀疏碼多址接入技術(shù)(Sparse Code Multiple Access, SCMA)[2]的多用戶(hù)檢測算法面臨諸多問(wèn)題,也存在一些技術(shù)挑戰。 例如各個(gè)用戶(hù)距離基站及衛星距離較遠而產(chǎn)生的時(shí)間延遲,異步多用戶(hù)檢測算法的計算復雜度較大且收斂性能較差等等;為了解決以上天基物聯(lián)場(chǎng)景下多用戶(hù)檢測出現的問(wèn)題,文中對SCMA多用戶(hù)檢測算法進(jìn)行了研究;首先設計了免授權[3]信息傳輸框架,并利用盲檢測識別出發(fā)送端活躍用戶(hù)的用戶(hù)數據;然后采用異步置信傳播檢測算法(Belief Propagation Message Passing Algorithm, BP-MPA),在存在時(shí)間延遲的情況下進(jìn)行多用戶(hù)檢測;最后利用優(yōu)化后的壓縮感知領(lǐng)域中的自適應子空間追蹤算法(Adapted-Subspace Pursuit, A-SP)對多用戶(hù)檢測算法進(jìn)行優(yōu)化,通過(guò)仿真對天基物聯(lián)場(chǎng)景的多用戶(hù)檢測算法在工程上的應用進(jìn)行可行性驗證;仿真結果表明在天基物聯(lián)免授權場(chǎng)景下,所提出的算法能有效提升上行異步SCMA系統的多用戶(hù)檢測算法的誤符號率,并且相對于串行BP-MPA算法,大幅提高了算法的收斂速度。

    Abstract:

    The space-based Internet of things(IoT) provides global users with wide coverage, all-weather, large capacity, and other services, which is an important part of the future 6G IoT. However, when the multi-user detection algorithm of sparse code multiple access technology based on the IoT faces many problems, there are also some technical challenges such as the time delay caused by the distance between the user and the base station deployed at the satellite, the performance of high computational complexity and poor convergence performance of the asynchronous multiuser detection algorithm, and so on. In order to solve the problem of multiuser detection in the space-based IoT scenario, the SCMA multiuser detection algorithm is studied in this paper. First of all, a grant-free information transmission framework is designed, and blind detection is used to recognize the user data of active users at the transmitter, and then the asynchronous belief propagation message passing algorithm is used for multiuser detection in the presence of time delay. Finally, the adapted-subspace pursuit algorithm in the field of compressed sensing is used to optimize the multiuser detection algorithm and feasibility verification of engineering application of the multiuser detection algorithm in space-based IoT scenarios by simulation. Simulation results show that the proposed algorithm can effectively improve the symbol error rate of the multiuser detection algorithm for uplink asynchronous SCMA systems, and greatly improve the convergence speed compared with the serial BP-MPA algorithm.
