    摘要:

    為解決全實(shí)物平臺開(kāi)發(fā)環(huán)境搭建困難、不便于測試與維護等問(wèn)題,在研究PowerPC 處理器的實(shí)時(shí)嵌入式開(kāi)發(fā)的基礎上,采用數字孿生技術(shù)的設計思想,完成了一種擁有故障模擬與注入、協(xié)同仿真與模塊化編程等功能的超實(shí)時(shí)虛擬仿真系統;提出了一種全數字仿真系統的設計與實(shí)現方法,基于數字孿生技術(shù)把硬件主板上的處理器以及外圍設備虛擬化,集成到數字模型當中;各模型之間相互協(xié)同控制,實(shí)現CPU控制外部設備與動(dòng)力學(xué)模型等設備之間的通信,以及數據收發(fā)、內存讀寫(xiě)、串口輸出等行為,最終實(shí)現與物理設備相同的功能;另外,采用了虛實(shí)結合的方法驗證了運行結果的準確性,加快了軟件執行效率,便于快速全面的系統開(kāi)發(fā)與測試,從而更好地運用到各個(gè)領(lǐng)域當中。

    Abstract:

    In order to solve the problems such as the difficulty in building a full physical platform development environment and the difficulty in testing and maintenance, a super real-time virtual simulation platform with the functions of fault simulation and injection, collaborative simulation and modular programming is completed by adopting the design idea of digital twin technology based on the research of real-time embedded development of PowerPC processor; A design and implementation method of all digital simulation system is proposed. Based on digital twin technology, the processor and peripheral devices on the hardware motherboard are virtualized and integrated into the digital model; The models cooperate with each other to control the communication between the CPU control external devices and the dynamic model and other devices, as well as data receiving and sending, memory reading and writing, serial port output and other behaviors, and finally achieve the same functions as the physical devices. In addition, the method of combining the virtual and the real is used to verify the accuracy of the running results, accelerate the software execution efficiency, facilitate rapid and comprehensive system development and testing, so as to better apply to various fields.
