    旋轉機架是質(zhì)子治療設備中的關(guān)鍵部件,其主要功能是對治療頭、束流輸運線(xiàn)等關(guān)鍵部件進(jìn)行承重,并旋轉至一定角度實(shí)現質(zhì)子束對腫瘤特定角度的照射;針對在放療過(guò)程中終端控制旋轉機架運動(dòng)的控制需求,提出了一種質(zhì)子治療旋轉機架控制系統設計方法;基于Socket通信技術(shù)開(kāi)發(fā)了總控室的服務(wù)端程序和工控機的客戶(hù)端程序,并運用MFC類(lèi)庫設計了服務(wù)端與客戶(hù)端的人機交互界面;在此基礎上,在客戶(hù)端程序中開(kāi)發(fā)了基于S7.Net庫的PLC上位控制模塊;為保證醫護平臺在機架運動(dòng)過(guò)程中的水平,在PLC程序中設計了一種同步運動(dòng)控制模型,實(shí)現機架和醫護平臺的同步運動(dòng);現場(chǎng)實(shí)驗結果表明:該系統可以終端控制旋轉機架以0.1~1rpm在-180°~180°范圍內運動(dòng),以及控制氣動(dòng)踏板的伸出和退回,還會(huì )實(shí)時(shí)監控機架旋轉角度和旋轉速度,適用于化療過(guò)程中的工作環(huán)境,并驗證了設計的同步運動(dòng)控制模型可以實(shí)現旋轉機架和醫護平臺同步運動(dòng)。

    Abstract:

    The rotating frame is the key component of the proton therapy equipment. Its main function is to bear the weight of key components such as the therapeutic head and beam transport line, and to rotate to a certain angle to realize the irradiation of proton beam at a specific angle of tumor. Aiming at the control requirements of terminal control rotating frame movement during radiotherapy, a design method of proton therapy rotating frame control system is proposed. Based on Socket communication technology, the server program of the main control room and the client program of the industrial computer are developed, and the human-computer interaction interface between the server and the client is designed using MFC class library. On this basis, the PLC upper control module based on S7.Net library is developed in the client program. In order to ensure the level of the medical platform in the process of rack motion, a synchronous motion control model is designed in the PLC program to realize the synchronous motion of the rack and the medical platform. The field test results show that the system can control the movement of the rotating frame in the range of - 180 °~180 ° at 0.1~1 rpm, and control the extension and retraction of the pneumatic pedal. It also monitors the rotation angle and speed of the rack in real time. The system is applicable to the working environment during chemotherapy. It is also verified that the designed synchronous motion control model can realize the synchronous motion of the rotating frame and the medical platform.
