    摘要:

    泥石流具有時(shí)間和空間群發(fā)性、運動(dòng)持續性、災害鏈式性、類(lèi)型單一性、致災方式和受災對象的多樣性特點(diǎn)。災害救援中心位置選取過(guò)程是典型的非線(xiàn)性不收斂問(wèn)題。單純以線(xiàn)性技術(shù)和約束條件為基礎的模型面對復雜泥石流災害指標的情況下,會(huì )出現較大偏差。提出基于偽衛星測試結合并行計算的災害救援中心選定模型設計方法。以泥石流災害為例,利用離散元法和GPU并行算法構建泥石流運動(dòng)堆積模型,將溝道泥石流匯流后運動(dòng)堆積特點(diǎn)和災害區域當作模擬參照,對泥石流運動(dòng)進(jìn)行模擬,根據模擬結果,預測泥石流覆蓋范圍;利用偽衛星技術(shù)計算災害擴散程度和易發(fā)點(diǎn)距離,在救援中心搭建費用與救援成本最低前提下,將用戶(hù)選擇的位置與高度作為已知條件,以期望損失最低為約束,以精度因子為標準得到救援選址的核心區域點(diǎn),構建基于偽衛星測試的災害救援中心選定模型。仿真實(shí)驗表明,設計模型的選址精度和效率較高,可為泥石流災害后及時(shí)救援提供數據支撐。

    Abstract:

    Debris flow has the characteristics of time and space mass occurrence, movement continuity, disaster chain, single type, disaster causing mode and diversity of disaster affected objects. The location selection process of disaster rescue center is a typical nonlinear and non convergent problem. Under the condition of complex debris flow disaster indicators, the model based solely on linear technology and constraint conditions will have large deviation. A model design method of disaster rescue center selection based on pseudolite test and parallel computing is proposed. Taking the debris flow disaster as an example, the movement accumulation model of debris flow is constructed by using the discrete element method and GPU parallel algorithm. The movement accumulation characteristics and disaster area of debris flow after the confluence of gully debris flow are taken as the simulation reference to simulate the debris flow movement. According to the simulation results, the coverage of debris flow is predicted; The pseudo satellite technology is used to calculate the degree of disaster diffusion and the distance between vulnerable points. On the premise of the lowest construction cost and rescue cost of the rescue center, the location and height selected by the user are taken as the known conditions, with the lowest expected loss as the constraint, and the precision factor as the standard to obtain the core area points for rescue site selection, and a disaster rescue center selection model based on pseudo satellite testing is constructed.
