    摘要:

    針對遠程分布式仿真測試系統的實(shí)際需求,提出了遠距離多功能節點(diǎn)的設計方案,構建實(shí)現了以高速SFP光纖通信和反射內存網(wǎng)絡(luò )為核心技術(shù)的高速光電轉換接口單元;接口單元包括光纖轉換器和多功能接口模塊兩個(gè)組成部分;其中多功能接口模塊以 FPGA 為控制核心,借鑒PMC以及XMC結構,采用通用式母板與多種專(zhuān)用子板組合的硬件架構形式,實(shí)現了數字IO、LVDS、RS422、ARINC429、模擬量等多種通用接口,提高了硬件資源的復用性;母板與子板間通信選用GTX作為物理層,并設計了專(zhuān)用的通信協(xié)議幀格式,通過(guò)Verilog編程實(shí)現了協(xié)議的解析與通信控制,既實(shí)現了多種電信號接口的集成,又具有低數據處理延時(shí)的突出特點(diǎn);實(shí)驗測試表明,模塊的數據處理延時(shí)可控制在800ns-1000ns,滿(mǎn)足了分布式仿真節點(diǎn)間數據交互時(shí)對傳輸距離和實(shí)時(shí)性的要求。

    Abstract:

    According to the actual requirements of remote distributed simulation and testing system, a design scheme of remote multi-function node is proposed, and a high-speed photoelectric conversion interface unit with high-speed SFP optical fiber communication and reflective memory network as the core technology is constructed; the interface unit consists of two parts: optical fiber converter and multi-functional interface module; the multi-function interface module takes FPGA as the control core, uses PMC and XMC structures for reference, adopts the hardware architecture form of the combination of universal motherboard and a variety of special sub boards, realizes a variety of universal interfaces such as digital IO, LVDS, RS422, ARINC429, analog quantity, and improves the reusability of hardware resources; GTX is selected as the physical layer for the communication between the motherboard and the sub boards, and a special communication protocol frame format is designed; the protocol analysis and communication control are realized through Verilog programming, which not only realizes the integration of multiple electrical signal interfaces, but also has the outstanding characteristics of low delay; the experimental results show that the data processing delay of the module can be stably controlled at 800ns-1000ns, which meets the requirements of transmission distance and real-time when data interaction between distributed simulation nodes.
