    摘要:

    為了降低車(chē)身振動(dòng)給城軌車(chē)輛復合結構產(chǎn)生的危害,利用阻尼力調節技術(shù)優(yōu)化設計城軌車(chē)輛復合結構車(chē)身減振控制系統。在考慮城軌車(chē)輛復合組成結構和工作方式的情況下,構建城軌車(chē)輛復合結構模型。在該模型下,結合城軌車(chē)輛的運行環(huán)境,模擬城軌車(chē)身在不同場(chǎng)景下的振動(dòng)過(guò)程。利用安裝的車(chē)身運行傳感器,獲取城軌車(chē)輛的實(shí)時(shí)運行數據,提取城軌車(chē)身振動(dòng)特征,計算車(chē)身阻尼力調節量的理論值。采用可調阻尼器作為執行元件,執行可調阻尼力調節任務(wù),在系統減振控制器的支持下,實(shí)現城軌車(chē)輛復合結構車(chē)身減振控制功能。通過(guò)系統測試得出結論:應用基于阻尼力調節的城軌車(chē)輛復合結構車(chē)身減振控制系統后,車(chē)身振動(dòng)頻率和振動(dòng)幅值得到明顯降低。

    Abstract:

    In order to reduce the harm caused by the body vibration to the composite structure of urban rail vehicles, the damping force adjustment technology is used to optimize the design of the body vibration reduction control system of the composite structure of urban rail vehicles. In the case of considering the composite structure and working mode of urban rail vehicles, the composite structure model of urban rail vehicles is constructed. In this model, combined with the operating environment of urban rail vehicles, the vibration process of urban rail vehicles in different scenarios is simulated. Using the installed body running sensors, the real-time running data of the urban rail vehicle is obtained, the vibration characteristics of the urban rail body are extracted, and the theoretical value of the adjustment amount of the body damping force is calculated. The adjustable damper is used as the executive element to perform the task of adjusting the adjustable damping force. With the support of the system vibration reduction controller, the vibration reduction control function of the composite structure body of the urban rail vehicle is realized. Through the system test, it is concluded that the vibration frequency and vibration amplitude of the vehicle body are significantly reduced after the application of the damping force adjustment-based composite structure body vibration control system for urban rail vehicles.
