Abstract：To realize fast thermal response measurement for satellite thermal control circuit, a automatic test system is developed based on virtual instrument. The system integrated digital multi-meter, matrix switch, programable DC power supply and transfer cables. The transfer cables are applicable to multiple satellite interface, and the system can measure up to 120 points in a single test. The system resistance measuring accuracy can reach 0.1+0.01%FS. The correspondent operation software is developed in Labview environment by using actor framework. The circuit connecting relationship, load resistance measurement and thermal response test can be implemented fast and automatically through software-controlled switch alternation. Data management, report generation and qualification judgment by comparing design inputs and tested results are also included. The measured results have been proved to be accurate and reliable by comparing with the calibrated circuit’s thermal response properties. The system is highly integrated and easy to use in field. It can improve the test efficiency, and has high application value.
