    摘要:

    災害性氣象的頻發(fā)不僅給人們的生活帶來(lái)了極大的影響,而且還危及生態(tài)環(huán)境的穩定。為減小實(shí)測氣象數據與真實(shí)數據樣本之間誤差,實(shí)現對災害性氣象觀(guān)測數據的準確監測,設計基于多源衛星遙感的災害性氣象觀(guān)測數據監測系統。設置溫濕度傳感器及防輻射罩,按照數據信息傳輸網(wǎng)絡(luò )布局形式,將風(fēng)速風(fēng)向傳感器、雨量傳感器、太陽(yáng)能控制器接入既定模塊單元之中,完成監測系統的硬件設計。利用多源衛星遙感技術(shù),定義多源影像空間,通過(guò)分解數字衛星圖像的方式,確定監測極值點(diǎn)所處位置,并計算相似性度量指標的具體數值,完成基于多源衛星遙感的災害性氣象圖像配準處理。根據上位機組網(wǎng)模型,完善WINSOCK控件的連接形式,實(shí)現監測系統的執行程序編制,聯(lián)合相關(guān)傳感器元件,完成基于多源衛星遙感的災害性氣象觀(guān)測數據監測系統設計。實(shí)驗結果表明,多源衛星遙感技術(shù)設計系統的濕度測量曲線(xiàn)、氣壓測量曲線(xiàn)、風(fēng)速測量曲線(xiàn)與真實(shí)氣象數據樣本之間的誤差值均未超過(guò)2%,能夠準確監測災害性氣象觀(guān)測數據。

    Abstract:

    The frequent occurrence of disastrous weather not only has a great impact on people's lives, but also endangers the stability of the ecological environment. In order to reduce the error between the measured meteorological data and the real data samples and realize the accurate monitoring of the disaster meteorological observation data, a disaster meteorological observation data monitoring system based on Multi-source Satellite remote sensing is designed. The temperature and humidity sensor and radiation protection cover are set. According to the layout of data information transmission network, the wind speed and direction sensor, rain sensor and solar controller are connected to the established module unit to complete the hardware design of the monitoring system. The multi-source satellite remote sensing technology is used to define the multi-source image space, determine the location of the monitoring extreme point by decomposing the digital satellite image, and calculate the specific value of the similarity measurement index to complete the registration processing of the disaster meteorological image based on the multi-source satellite remote sensing. According to the upper unit network model, improve the connection form of WINSOCK control, realize the execution program preparation of the monitoring system, and complete the design of the disaster meteorological observation data monitoring system based on Multi-source Satellite Remote Sensing in conjunction with relevant sensor elements. The experimental results show that the error value between the humidity measurement curve, air pressure measurement curve and wind speed measurement curve of the multi-source satellite remote sensing technology design system and the real meteorological data sample is not more than 2%, and the disaster meteorological observation data can be accurately monitored.
