Based on hydrodynamics static pressure difference analysis, by the adoption of technologies of OPC communication, centralized monitoring and graph database, the dynamic topology model of high pressure distribution network is established, the dynamic logic association among compressors, valves, tank group, pipeline and supporting wind tunnels of high pressure air system is realized, the pressure difference and safeguard volume consumed by the wind tunnel currently testing is obtained. Thus, the power consumption of high-pressure air resource in current wind tunnel tests can be automatically obtained. The system has solved the problems of accurate topology description of high-pressure distribution system and measurement of single test consumption, and achieves good results.
