    為實(shí)現AUV手柄遙控模式不增加AUV無(wú)線(xiàn)電通信硬件開(kāi)銷(xiāo),且為了實(shí)現該功能模式的低成本、易實(shí)現、全透明和自定義,設計了AUV手柄遙控指令經(jīng)指控臺中轉的AUV手柄間接遙控方案;方案硬件上以安卓手機為遙控手柄,配套遙控手柄APP軟件實(shí)現手柄操作,通過(guò)手機藍牙與指控臺計算機藍牙進(jìn)行近距離點(diǎn)對點(diǎn)連接,以藍牙無(wú)線(xiàn)通信實(shí)現手柄遙控指令對指控臺的傳輸,之后指控臺通過(guò)LoRa無(wú)線(xiàn)通信實(shí)現手柄遙控指令對AUV的無(wú)線(xiàn)傳輸;方案試驗驗證環(huán)節以Arduino開(kāi)發(fā)板模擬指控臺,結合無(wú)線(xiàn)藍牙收發(fā)模塊接收手機遙控手柄發(fā)來(lái)的遙控指令,實(shí)現了10米間距20Hz數據幀藍牙通信,結合LoRa模塊進(jìn)行遙控指令的無(wú)線(xiàn)發(fā)送,以AUV無(wú)線(xiàn)通信板進(jìn)行LoRa接收,并對收到的遙控指令進(jìn)行解析和執行,實(shí)現了1000米間距9600bps速率的LoRa通信;最終通過(guò)點(diǎn)燈試驗、打舵試驗和推進(jìn)器試驗證明了該設計方案鏈路完整可行并應用到工程實(shí)踐。

    Abstract:

    In order to realize the AUV handle remote control mode without increasing the hardware overhead of AUV radio communication, and in order to realize the low cost, easy implementation, full transparency and customization of this function mode, an indirect remote control scheme of the AUV handle is designed in which the AUV handle remote control command is transferred through the command station. The hardware of this solution uses an Android mobile phone as a remote control handle, and is equipped with a remote control handle APP software to realize the handle operation. Through the mobile phone Bluetooth and the command station computer Bluetooth, a short-range point-to-point connection is made, and the Bluetooth wireless communication is used to realize the transmission of the handle remote control command to the control station, and then charge the control station. The station realizes the wireless transmission of the handle remote control command to the AUV through LoRa wireless communication. In the test and verification process, the Arduino development board is used to simulate the control station. Combined with the wireless Bluetooth transceiver module to receive the remote control commands from the mobile phone remote control handle. Realized Bluetooth communication of 20Hz data frame at 10 meters distance. Combined with the Lora module to send the remote control commands wirelessly. The AUV wireless communication board is used for LoRa reception, and the received remote control commands are parsed and executed. Realized LoRa communication with 9600bps rate at 1000 meters distance. Finally, through the lighting test, the rudder test and the thruster test, it is proved that the link of the design scheme is complete and feasible and applied to engineering practice.
