    摘要:

    為了解決長(cháng)期在軌航天器易出現故障的推進(jìn)系統故障常規地面檢測費時(shí)費力且無(wú)法完全包絡(luò )全部故障模式的問(wèn)題,提出了長(cháng)期在軌推進(jìn)系統故障診斷實(shí)時(shí)仿真技術(shù)方案,建立了長(cháng)期在軌推進(jìn)系統故障診斷實(shí)時(shí)測試平臺。通過(guò)建立推進(jìn)系統實(shí)時(shí)仿真模型,實(shí)現對長(cháng)期在軌推進(jìn)系統的實(shí)時(shí)仿真;依托實(shí)時(shí)測試平臺對推進(jìn)系統故障診斷策略進(jìn)行仿真優(yōu)化、對在軌飛行器故障進(jìn)行診斷、并對處置預案進(jìn)行驗證支持故障處置決策。長(cháng)期在軌推進(jìn)系統故障診斷實(shí)時(shí)測試平臺有效縮短了器上故障診斷策略的優(yōu)化迭代周期,同時(shí)節省了大量原本用來(lái)進(jìn)行試車(chē)的經(jīng)費。

    Abstract:

    In order to solve the problem of time-consuming and laborious conventional ground detection of propulsion system faults that are prone to faults in long-term on-orbit spacecrafts and unable to envelope all fault modes, a real-time simulation scheme for fault diagnosis of long-term on-orbit propulsion system is proposed, and a real-time test platform for fault diagnosis of long-term on-orbit propulsion system is established. Real-time simulation of long-term on-orbit propulsion system is realized by establishing real-time simulation model of propulsion system. Based on the real-time test platform, the fault diagnosis strategy of propulsion system is simulated and optimized, the fault of on-orbit aircraft is diagnosed, and the disposal plan is verified to support the fault disposal decision. The real-time test platform for fault diagnosis of long-term on-orbit propulsion system effectively shortens the optimization iteration period of on-board fault diagnosis strategy, and saves a large amount of funds originally used for fire tests.
