    摘要:

    SF6密度繼電器作為保障電氣設備安全運行的重要設備,需要花費巨大的人力、物力定期校驗,待校驗的密度繼電器不僅數量龐大,而且校驗過(guò)程存在效率低、成本高、數據錄入容易出錯等問(wèn)題,因此對其校驗過(guò)程智能化升級具有重要現實(shí)意義。為解決電力系統數量龐大的SF6密度繼電器在維護保障工作中遇到的這些問(wèn)題,借助分層分布式思路,提出了通過(guò)云邊端協(xié)同,統一完成工業(yè)現場(chǎng)重要儀器儀表在線(xiàn)校準的技術(shù)體系實(shí)現框架。在此基礎上,對該技術(shù)體系開(kāi)展了工程應用。在云邊端協(xié)同在線(xiàn)校準技術(shù)體系框架的指導下,提出了在現有密度繼電器上加裝輕量化在線(xiàn)校驗裝置的方案,使密度繼電器能夠在電氣設備運行過(guò)程中自動(dòng)完成校驗和上報校驗結果,有效地解決了現有密度繼電器需要在電氣設備停電后采用人工校驗的問(wèn)題。經(jīng)過(guò)實(shí)驗驗證,以及與SF6密度繼電器校驗儀對比測試,該裝置精度與校驗儀精度相近,能夠滿(mǎn)足SF6密度繼電器的校驗需求,完全可以用于支持為SF6密度繼電器建立云邊端協(xié)同的統一在線(xiàn)校準大系統,來(lái)解決SF6密度繼電器校驗困難這一行業(yè)痛點(diǎn)問(wèn)題。

    Abstract:

    As essential equipment to ensure the safe operation of electrical equipment, the SF6 density relay needs an enormous workforce and material resources to be calibrated regularly. There are not only a large number of density relays to be calibrated but also some problems in the calibration process, such as low efficiency, high cost, and error-prone data entry. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to intelligently upgrade the calibration process. In order to solve these problems encountered in the maintenance and support of a large number of SF6 density relays in the power system, with the help of hierarchical distributed thinking, a technical system implementation framework for unified online calibration of essential instruments and meters in the industrial field through cloud edge-end collaboration is proposed. On this basis, the technical system has been applied in engineering. Under the guidance of the technical framework of collaborative online calibration at cloud edge, a scheme of adding a lightweight online calibration device to the existing density relay is proposed. So that the density relay can automatically complete the calibration and report the calibration results during the operation of electrical equipment, which effectively solves the problem that the current density relay needs to be manually calibrated after the power failure of electrical equipment. Experimental verification and comparison test with the SF6 density relay calibrator have proved that the precision of this device is similar to that of the calibrator. The device can meet the calibration requirements of the SF6 density relay. It can be used to support the establishment of a unified online calibration system for SF6 density relay and solve the painful problem of SF6 density relay calibration.
