    摘要:

    食品二氧化碳是碳酸類(lèi)飲料重要的食品添加劑;在產(chǎn)品的生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中,質(zhì)量受各種因素影響;如何在生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中高效控制產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量是企業(yè)質(zhì)量和效益平衡的重要因素;針對這種情況,設計了實(shí)時(shí)在線(xiàn)質(zhì)量控制系統的硬件和軟件方案;用閥切換氣體來(lái)源,氣體進(jìn)入預處理后,再進(jìn)入在線(xiàn)分析儀器中;分析后的數據由下位機采集,通過(guò)上位機軟件分析處理并發(fā)送給集散控制系統,對設定值和反饋值比較,計算并調節參數,指揮和控制系統,調度生產(chǎn)運行;經(jīng)過(guò)實(shí)驗運行,結果表明,該系統在質(zhì)量設定閾值內用PID控制,超過(guò)閾值用Fuzzy-PID 復合控制;工藝參數調節穩定可靠;當質(zhì)量超出設定的報警參數后,系統能及時(shí)切換輸出流路,防止不合格產(chǎn)品流入食品儲罐,保證了產(chǎn)品的食品級質(zhì)量,與此同時(shí)切換生產(chǎn)線(xiàn),并啟動(dòng)再生進(jìn)程;利用此系統可實(shí)現食品級二氧化碳生產(chǎn)的在線(xiàn)質(zhì)量控制及質(zhì)量溯源追蹤。

    Abstract:

    Food carbon dioxide is an important food additive for carbonated beverages. In the production process of products, the quality is affected by various factors. How to efficiently control product quality in the production process is an important factor in the balance of quality and benefits for enterprises. In view of this situation, the hardware and software scheme of real-time online quality control system is designed. The gas source is switched with a valve, and the gas enters the online analysis instrument after pretreatment. The analyzed data is collected by the lower computer, analyzed and processed by the upper computer software and sent to the distributed control system. Comparing the set value and feedback value, calculating and adjusting the parameters to command and control system to the production and operation of schedules. After the experimental operation, the results show that the system is controlled by PID within the quality setting threshold and Fuzzy-PID compound control over the threshold. The adjustment of process parameters is stable and reliable. When the quality exceeds the set alarm parameters, the system can switch the output flow path in time to prevent unqualified products from flowing into the food storage tank, ensuring the food quality of the product. At the same time, switch the production line and start the regeneration process. Using this system, the on-line quality control and quality traceability of food grade carbon dioxide production can be realized.
