    為有效校正航空發(fā)動(dòng)機軸承溫度誤差曲線(xiàn),得到準確的溫度測量結果,使得發(fā)動(dòng)機元件的壽命周期得到充分延長(cháng),設計基于無(wú)線(xiàn)傳感器的航空發(fā)動(dòng)機軸承溫度實(shí)時(shí)監測系統。將JTAG串口電路中的輸出電量,按照實(shí)際應用需求,分配至電量集中器與ARM無(wú)線(xiàn)傳感器元件中。借助溫度采集節點(diǎn)芯片整合未完全利用的電量信號,并將其寄存于溫感信號協(xié)調器內部,完成實(shí)時(shí)溫測系統的硬件開(kāi)發(fā)。根據ZigBee協(xié)議棧、Z-Stack協(xié)議棧的約束標準,確定溫度閾值的計算結果,完善溫度實(shí)測數據的時(shí)序條件,采集航空發(fā)動(dòng)機軸承溫度數據。再根據溫測節點(diǎn)布置情況,對發(fā)動(dòng)機軸承溫測數據實(shí)施建模處理,完成基于無(wú)線(xiàn)傳感器的航空發(fā)動(dòng)機軸承溫度實(shí)時(shí)監測系統設計。實(shí)驗結果表明,在無(wú)線(xiàn)傳感器元件的作用下,航空發(fā)動(dòng)機軸承的溫度誤差曲線(xiàn)得到較好校正,所得溫測數據確實(shí)貼合實(shí)際情況,對于延長(cháng)發(fā)動(dòng)機元件的壽命周期能夠起到一定的促進(jìn)性影響作用。

    Abstract:

    In order to effectively correct the temperature error curve of aeroengine bearing, obtain accurate temperature measurement results and fully prolong the life cycle of engine components, an aeroengine bearing temperature real-time monitoring system based on wireless sensor is designed. The output power in the JTAG serial port circuit is distributed to the power concentrator and ARM wireless sensor elements according to the actual application requirements. With the help of the temperature acquisition node chip, the underutilized power signal is integrated and stored in the temperature sensing signal coordinator to complete the hardware development of the real-time temperature measurement system. According to the constraint standards of ZigBee protocol stack and Z-stack protocol stack, determine the calculation results of temperature threshold, improve the timing conditions of measured temperature data, and collect aeroengine bearing temperature data. Then, according to the arrangement of temperature measurement nodes, the modeling and processing of engine bearing temperature measurement data are implemented, and the design of aeroengine bearing temperature real-time monitoring system based on wireless sensor is completed. The experimental results show that under the action of wireless sensor elements, the temperature error curve of aeroengine bearing is well corrected, and the obtained temperature measurement data really fits the actual situation, which can play a certain role in prolonging the life cycle of engine elements.
